Called but Never Showed Up.

Recommend a new roof.

Excellent.

They did a fine job. It was exactly what I expected. It took an extra call to get them to come out, after the first one -- I didn't get a call back immediately and had to call again. I give them an A for doing what they said they'd do. I'm not sure I'd use them again.

It was fine. He was okay. I mean he wasn't great, but he was fine. He was fine. I had him come back and fix a leak, but he was okay. He was responsive. He was fine, a nice guy. So far it has been so good. I would refer him to being a good roofer, he was fine.

Nick came to my home and reviewed the problem area. He suggested I get a whole new roof, because the problem area couldn't be fixed by itself, and quoted me $3500 to completed the job. This was a lie. I was able to speak with two other roofers who both told me that the problem areas could be easily fixed easily without having to replace the entire roof. I paid $600 for the fix from one of the other roofers. I would not recommend Nick for any jobs as I feel he tried to take advantage of me and extremely overcharge me.

Nick and his crew were nothing short of polite and professional. We stayed in constant contact, and despite a few scheduling blips dictated by the funky spring weather, we worked out a time for the job. It required them to return to finish up, and they did so on a SUNDAY. They were complete gentlemen the entire time. I appreciated the photography during the project, to get a sense of the damage as well as the restoration. They were neat and worked steadily for hours. Now, my rowhouse roof should be able to go at least 15 years without any issues or fears of leaks or cracks!

They were punctual, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, took pictures to show the before and after work and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

It went well. I think that it may have been a bit far for Nick and crew to travel so was less inclined to pursue additional work. Would use again.

I was hoping that someone would get on top of the roof and inspect it. I was told that the roof is too high so they just took a look.

The inspection was very quick. Was told I needed a new roof and was given an estimate to add another layer of shingles on top of existing roof. No mention of the siding or gutter condition. I had a shingle that was off. They replaced it for me. Used an adhesive that went on white, but was told it would turn clear when it dried. Well it never turned clear. When I called, after a week to let them know, I was told that never happened before and they would use a different adhesive in the future. Would not come out to fix it. Would not use again.

Bought the roof, siding, gutter maintenance deal. I was wondering when they would contact me to schedule, then they just showed up, luckily I was home. Turned out that he had been calling, I just didn't answer (No message was left, though). These guys seemed professional, and I was shown pictures of things they needed to address on the roof - shingles that needed to be pushed down, nails that needed to be popped in and caulked. They helped reinforce a gutter that was leaning down and dropping rain on my porch, we'll see if it helps. They seem very honest, and will contact them again for more work in the future.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were a little late, but not much. I was shocked when they told me that my roof was 15 years old when I knew that it wasn't. That did not make my happy. Somebody told me an untruth, either they did or the people before. I would not recommend them.

It went fantastic. Nick and his crew were punctual, Nick was good about answering all our questions, and they went the extra mile: (i) during install they found large pool of standing water under old roof membrane, which they properly drained and dried, and (ii) although a relatively small matter, Nick checked the drainage piping of rooftop hvac unit to make sure no clogging issue at request of hvac inspector who happened to be on-site at the time. Overall, Nick and crew seemed to want to make sure the job was "done right". And speaking to this, with the new roof we no longer have any leaks (despite some big storms in the last few weeks). We are very happy with the work and would recommend Nick to others :)

I signed up for the $99 repair special. I wanted it fixed before the next rain! A few days later, I finally got in touch with him. He ignored my schedule requests on the angieslist website. He had no intention of doing the work or calling me. I requested a refund with customer service.

Excellent. We were out of town and Nick was very responsive and answered all my questions. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work on time. He even sent pictures to show me the progress. Will def hire again to replace old shingles.

Went well. Arrived promptly. Took picks. Made repairs and gave an estimate for a complete roof.

He and his workers arrived 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time and went straight to work. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all debris. It has rained three times and snowed once since the installation and I have had no leaks.

Everything went well, prompt response, professional installation and clean up it was a pleasure doing business with owner Nick.
