Nathan's team (James and Kelvin) communicated with me clearly, promptly found the issue, and then explained how they were going to fix it. They made sure I understood the cost, the fixed the problem quickly. It was all done in one day. The house was kept clean, and the team was very professional.

We've been having issues with our doorbell/intercom system. Nathaniel Electric came over to help me understand what the possible causes were and what options to explore. They were very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We have not decided whether to try to fix the current system or install an entirely new one, so we did not move forward yet with any larger services.
