+ -1 moreNOT GOOD. I AM HAVING A VERY HARD TIME FINDING PEOPLE TO DO THE JOBS THAT I NEED TO HAVE DONE. EITHER THEY DON'T COME INTO THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA AT ALL, OR THE JOB IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR THEM FINANCIALLY.
Description of Work: NO WORK WAS PERFORMED. CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO COME OUT TO THE HOUSE. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO COMMUNICATE, WE FINALLY MADE A DATE TO SEE THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. HE CAME OUT TWO WEEKS, LOOKED AT THE WORK AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CALL THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO MAKE A TIME TO DO THE WORK. I INFORMED HIM THAT I WANTED THE WORK DONE. HE NEVER CALLED BACK AND I FINALLY CALLED HIM AND HE SAID HE HAD FAMILY PROBLEMS. I DID NOT RESCHEDULE ANOTHER TIME FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE.
