He was very good

Brendan is the owner and did everything he said. First off he took the time on the phone to discuss my situation. Scheduled appointment, called me 45 minutes prior. Was very friendly, knowledgable and very honest and reasonably priced. He is an example of how a business should be run. I will continue to use him and even more importantly would feel comfortable in referring him out which I only do when I feel comfortable because as a realtor for the last 20 years my name is attached.

I left a message on a Sunday not expecting a reply until the next day but they called me immediately. The starter on my dryer broke and I explained the situation over the phone and was wondering if it would be worthwhile getting it fixed since my dryer is old. He came out the next day and was able to fix my dryer and charged a fair and reasonable price. I was very happy I did not need to buy a new dryer. Mullins was professional and efficient and I will definitely call them again if I have any problems with any of my other appliances in the future.

Brendon kept his appointment when promised. He was very knowledgeable, and explained to me exactly what the problem was. He had the parts and fixed my dryer on the spot! Thanks again Brendon. Yes I would indeed recommend Mullin Mechanical!

He is prompt and calls ahead to give an ETA. He walks you through possible scenarios about the issue(s) and explains what needs to be done. Very pleased.

Very efficient with being on time

Brendan Mullin replied quickly when I called. Luckily he was able to come the same day. It took some time for him to find the problem but once he did he identified the part that was needed, ordered it and when he got it, he came the same day and got my washer machine running. Brendan was pleasant, polite and timely and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.
