 + -1 moreTHEY CONSIDER THEMSELVES "EMERGENCY", 24 HOUR A DAY PLUMBERS. OUR TOILET HAD TO BE REPLACED. WE CALLED THEM AT 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM AND THEY CAME AT 7:30 PM AND CHARGED US "EXTRA" BECAUSE OF THE "LATE" HOUR. WE FEEL WE WERE TOTALLY OVER CHARGED. WE EVEN HAD TO CALL THEM BACK THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE THE NEW TOILET WAS LEAKING.
