Our experience with Mr. Contractor was great as always. We have known Ken (Mr Contractor)for a very long time. And we are always please with their work. Every major job that we have had done to our house has always been with Ken and the crew. Our new basement looks amazing. They changed our former basement and garage and turned it into paradise. I didn't see Ken's ideals as he was explaining the plan but I am amazed. I basically told him what I wanted and he made it happen above my expectations.

Working with Barry of Mr. Contractor, Inc. on a previous project, I reached out to him to get siding work done on my upper portion of my house. He was very professional, gave me a schedule as to when the work will be started and completed. His team done a wonderful job, was very professional and polite. They got the job done within a day and half.

Just had our master bathroom remodeled by Mr. Contractor. Ken and his team did an outstanding job. New floor, new lights, new sinks and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. I would definitely recommend them for any home renovations.

Mr. Contractor, Inc., is a well-run, organized group of highly qualified and dedicated employees. Each person working in my home was polite and respectful of me and my home. Always willing to provide information and answer questions. Working with Ken Spector was extremely easy. He always communicated what was to take place during my bathroom and front door projects, step by step. Kenny is happy when his customers are happy. He visited my home before the projects started, during construction, and after the projects were complete. To ensure everything turned out as planned, and I was completely satisfied with the work. I love my new bathroom and front door.

I cannot praise Mr. Contractor, Barry, and his crews highly enough. We had to remodel our bathroom and kitchen after a major plumbing disaster and had no idea where to start. Barry guided us through each step with with amazing empathy and patience. The demo work was done with care and efficiency, and all the construction and remodeling work was exquisite. We live in a funky 100+ year old row house with scarcely a right angle anywhere. Mr Contractor 's crews managed to rebuild walls and floors and install cabinetry with exacting precision. They found numerous artful solutions to surprise challenges old houses invariably present. They consulted us on every variable, and explained design and construction choices clearly. We stayed in the house during the remodel, and every day the crew left the spaces tidy and livable. They went out of their way to minimize dirt, dust, et cetera in other parts of the house. Barry came over every day to review the work. Our entire experience with Mr. Contractor was fabulous. We're planning a basement renovation for next year and are already planning to hire Mr. Contractor to do it.

Excellent work and great service. We are new to the area and needed a company that could professionally handle several updates and repairs. The whole team from Mr. Contractor was professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable. Ken and all the contractors were very helpful and they completed multiple jobs on our recently purchased townhouse. From roofing, plumbing, brick masonry and carpentry, they easily handled all the work. I highly recommend Mr. Contractor.

Ken was great! He's professional, collected, and clearly very knowledgeable. We're first-time homeowners and he took us from 0 to finish and was there every step of the way. We needed old carpet taken out, new hardwood put in, new toilets, windows, and shower valves. We also needed stairs refinished and a lot of odds and ends. His price quote was right in the middle of a few other contractors we talked with which gave us confidence we were making the right choice. We had an incredibly tight deadline of just under a month and they still made most of it happen (minus items we had to wait to ship). Ken made himself available at almost all times of the day to answer questions or provide suggestions. Overall Ken is great to work with, we're going to keep working with him!

Mr. Contractor was above and beyond professional in all aspects of the project! They brought a can-do attitude to my unconventional request, essentially transforming how my home lives and increasing value! Every single aspect of the project exceeded my expectations, and I am a perfectionist!

I happily retuned to Mr Contractor this year for my kitchen Reno after a successful Reno in 2021. Kenny led the team again. Dave, Ed & Danny were here for all the prep, install of floors, window, cabinets, handles, crown molding, drywall and probably 10 other things, all handled absolutely beautifully! Chad skillfully took care of electrical. Danny did a beautiful paint job. I worked with countertop and cabinet professionals who were very helpful and plumbers who were well skilled. The Tile guy was great and Willie was in and out to keep the trash under control. I am especially grateful to Rob who always seemed to be around to fix or problem solve whatever issue needed to be dealt with. l was very impressed with the professionalism they all exhibited! The crew was always on time, and always respectful to me and to my home. They handled every request. Communication was always open. A kitchen Reno was much more complicated than I realized and Mr Contractor is a well oiled machine that anticipated and coordinated my project and completed it ahead of schedule. I am extremely happy with the end result!

The entire process with Mr. Contractor from start to finish was very professional and I could not be happier. They were on time for both the initial consultation and then when they came back to complete the work. They described everything in detail in a way that I could understand about the work that they were going to complete. They even recommend work that I wasn't aware was needed that made perfect sense. They were such a pleasure to work with. A few hours after the work was complete they called me to follow up to see how everything went with the job. It was perfect timing as there was a small task from the job that was not complete and I was able to schedule a time for them to come back to finish the remainder of the job (only about a 10 minute job left to complete). They even said that they usually send someone out to the job to take a look just to be sure that everything was complete to our liking. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Contractor for any projects that you may have.

Mr. Contractor created a gorgeous bathroom for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. Barry was an excellent communicator, very calm, and very patient. He was very responsive to our requests.

After almost 10 years, the thermal seal on a large window failed. Although this is probably a manufacture’s issue, I contacted Kenny S at Mr. Contractor since they did the installation. Kenny handled the problem without any pushback, and a new window was installed today - within a month of initially contacting Mr. Contractor. Customer service at its best.

It went perfectly, as a matter of fact it was done ahead of schedule and my kichen looks beautiful. I would not trust any other company to do my kitchen but Mr. Contractor. The workers go above and beyond all the time.

Great experience! This project was much larger than previous Mr. Contractor project but felt just as smooth doing this bathroom as previously adding a storm door.

The Mr. Contractor team is by far the most responsive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable we have ever worked with - and we have worked with many contractors throughout our years of home ownership. Mr. Contractor has completed several projects for our home, many of which were very complicated while we were living here. They were completed on time and on budget. We were given updates every day, they asked our opinions on how to handle certain aspects of the jobs, and when issues arose (which they always will in any project, with any contractor) they addressed them professionally and quickly. You don’t have to worry about a revolving door of subcontractors overseeing your projects. It’s always the same respectful, professional crew. They truly care about their work and their customers, and it shows. Can’t recommend these folks enough. They’ve been in the home improvement business for over 70 years and once you work with them, you’ll understand why.

Kenny and his team transformed our "builder grade" bathroom into dream bathroom enabling us to enjoy it for many years to come. His team worked well with each other as they have been a team for many years. Kenny helped us pick out the tile and flooring we needed and had a good eye for design. All his suggestions were perfect as he has been doing this for a long time. They crews always arrived on time and were respectful of our home. The workmanship they all possessed was amazing. It was the best choice for us and we are more than happy.
