The project was done earlier than predicted. Everyone involved with my repairs were professional and courteous. Steve was very helpful with making decisions about what needed to be repaired now and what repairs can be done at a later date.

Our front sidewalk was cracked in places and posed a major tripping hazard. Mr. Contractor were responsive and took care of the job. I'm pleased with how it looks.

Mr. Contractor's team was great! They arrived on time and cleaned up after they were done. They answered any questions and did not leave until the job was done right! That was the most important thing they kept saying "It has to be right" If you need some work done call these guys!! Thank You Mr. Contractor!!

Barry, the office manager, and his crew were excellent from the start. Timely and informative communication. High quality results. Worked safely (with masks) and neatly (drop clothes, cleaned up well, etc). I was pleasantly surprised Barry was able to fit in the work on my house ahead schedule. I would definitely recommend Mr Contractor again.

Everything was done to an extremely high quality. The workers paid close attention to detail, making sure even minor defects were taken care of and checking with us multiple times during the work to ensure that everything was as expected. The workers were prompt, polite, and did an excellent job at cleaning up the work area at the end of the day. I have worked with Mr. Contractor on multiple tasks over the years, and have been very happy with their work every time.

We hired Mr. Contractor to remodel our basement and are very pleased with our choice. It is clear that good communication is a priority for them – they always respond to questions promptly and never disappear for long periods, as was often the case with other contractors with whom we have worked in the past. Mr. Contractor employs a whole team of skilled specialist who obviously truly take pride in their work. At the project’s conception, they demonstrated great innovation and creativity in finding solutions to various particularities posed by an almost 150 year-old basement. A general openness and flexibility allowed for crucial adjustment to be made as the project developed. A particular plus is Mr. Contractor’s know-how in doing construction work in a city like Philadelphia. Oftentimes in the past, people we have worked with have complained to us about parking and other complexities that come with doing work in an old city such as Philadelphia, with its crowded, narrow streets. That was refreshingly not the case with Mr. Contractor. It is evident that Mr. Contractor’s roots in Philly, which go back over 70 years and 4 generations, make them especially qualified for this job.

It went wonderful. no games, no headache. Barry and his team are amazing, He diagnosed the problem, he was very clear about what could and could not be done and potential bigger issues may be discovered once everything is opened up. Carpenters and mason were experienced and professional. I highly recommend them.They knew what they were doing and problem was corrected better than I thought was possible, the floor is almost straight. Before they preceeded and closed the area they told me to wait and see what happens when it rains. Only when we made sure water was stopped then I would proceed with the rest of the work. They also made a beautiful matching brick wall to a door space that I wanted to close. Barry listens and explains. Does make sure that job is well done , and follows up with you. I had an area of concern with a small area of the concrete/brick. He came and looked at it then scheduled the person to come and refine/retouch the work. Then called to follow up and asked if I was happy with it. Jennie answers the phone with a big smile and helps you with your questions over the phone. She answers technical questions only when she is sure of the answer otherwise she refers you to the expert. It gives me piece of mind knowing that I can call Mr.Contractor and trust fully that they will take care of my house like it is theirs.

Everything went very well. John, the person who did the siding, did a beautiful job. This is the third time we have used Mr. Contractor and would do so again. So if anybody is looking to have work done on their home do not hesitate to hire them.

Recently I hired Mr. Contractor Inc for siding, roofing and a window. On the day work was to begin, Alan pointed out that the shed kitchen would need to be torn down and rebuilt. After the initial shock, I had to speak to my project manager Lonnie. We concluded it was best to rebuild the shed kitchen with siding, new steel door, screen door, new rubber roof, and windows. The team was punctual every day and cleaned up afterwards. Reading reviews before you hire any contractor is VERY important. I would only hire a contractor that can supply a portfolio of pictures and videos of their work. I chose Mr. Contractor because of the pride they have in the work they do as a company, day in and day out. As the coach that called all the plays in this project I'd like to thank Lonnie. Alan was like the quarterback, the field general and project mastermind. Danny was the running back , and Ed the veteran backup QB with 14 years’ experience and craftsmanship. And thanks of course to Jennie, the talent scout who aligned me to the team at Mr. Contractor, Inc. They did such a superb job and I'm happy to recommend them for your next home repair.

I have used these guys for at least 6 years for various large projects. I have dealt with other contractors and there are three main problems with others; most others either cut corners, deliver late or do not communicate. Mr. Contractor has been awesome. They always deliver on time and on budget. Their workers take pride in their work, are trustworthy and clean. Great company. I really trust them when I have big projects. Most important, if there was something off, they were immediately responsive and understand customer care and satisfaction. I have and continue to highly recommend them!

Mr Contractor sent their professional contractor for a free estimate. Then and there we wrote a service order and once we signed it was the contract. I got my copy of it. It is specific on service, time and money. They started as it was planned. The work was going to take about 2 days and they did all in one day! It was to fill in brick pointing on 3 walls of my 3 story home. Once all was done, I paid the rest over the phone. Im very impressed! Thanks Mr Contractor.

Wonderful. The family could not be happier with the work that Mr. Contractor. This is the second time I've used Mr. Contractor and I would definitely use them again. I never felt like they were upselling us. Barry listened to what me and my wife wanted and helped us achieve it. The crew that did the work was professional, personable, and they did a great job. Some of those guys told me that they have been working with Mr. Contractor for 20-25 years and they they're treated like family. I cannot say enough great things about this company.

Once again the experience was phenomenal! We have used Mr. Contractor before for our current home and because of the excellent experience hired them again for 2 rental units that needed some renovations. Not only do they come in with the knowledge of the tactical elements to complete the job, but with Mr. Contractor you receive so much more. As with any home project, there are always situations that arise that need some strategic solutions. Mr. Contractor's master carpentry team are amazing! They can easily resolve any issue that appears to be complicated and to you the customer, makes it appear a)so minor and b)totally reduces any anxiety you may have. The other benefit to Mr Contractor is their extensive list of building suppliers for items needed. In addition, their master plumbers, electricians and HVAC to name a few are top notch. I see how this company has been in business for over 65 years based on their attentiveness to the customer - always responding quickly! As well their staff retention is high which speaks volumes to a business. We have referred them to a half dozen friends and neighbors - all who have been happy as well! Mr. Contractor is like working with a friend!

We always work with Steve, who is professional, friendly, and excellent at walking us through not only what needs to be done, but why it needs to be done. (Also worth noting, the office staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with over the phone, and the individual electricians, roofers, carpenters, etc. the company coordinates with are also professional, knowledgeable, and personable.) We are extremely happy with all of the work Mr. Contractor has done for us. The work is done on time, exactly as specified and with no hidden costs. They also provide a variety of convenient payment plans that will work with your budget. Dealing with home renovations and repairs can sometimes be a stressful and frustrating experience, but Mr. Contractor makes it as low-stress and frustration-free as can be hoped for. We will always recommend Steve and Mr. Contractor to friends/co-workers who are looking for a reliable contractor who provides high-quality work.

The staff was professional, kind, friendly and COVID ready. They arrived early and worked the entire time. They cleaned after they finished and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Contractor for any work you need done inside or out! I give them an A+++.

Terrible customer service. After promising to give us an estimate one week after in home consultation, they never delivered. After several emails and phone calls to company in which we were promised an estimate within 24 hours, we're still waiting, It's now been over 3 weeks. Would not deal with this company in the future.

Had some water damage to door frame causing leaks elsewhere in house. Contractor showed up early, did great work and I will hire for the next job in fixing the stained drywall.

Ken is a “regular guy” who understands regular people. The workers were not subcontractors, they were employees and Ken was there regularly. They left the work site cleaner than they found it. The quality was very good and I appreciated the communication
