Mr. Contractor did a fantastic job on my total kitchen renovation and outside siding installation. I live in an older home and Mr. Contractor turned my dated, poorly constructed, and cold kitchen into a modern, warm, and functional kitchen that I am extremely happy with. Steve and his crews worked in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable about the problems that arose in an older home remodel. They were very professional and skillful, and they explained all aspects of the construction process to my satisfaction. When unexpected problems arose, they explained and fixed them to my peace of mind. Mr. Contractor is definitely the kind of contractor you wish to get when searching for a contractor for home construction. I will not hire anyone but them for all future home repair/construction jobs.

I recently had my bathroom done. The bathroom was totally gutted including taking the tub out and then building a beautiful walk-in tiled shower with glass sliding doors. Mr. Contractor was great! Steve always got back to me very quickly answering all of my questions and even took care of my last minute change requests that I had to make sure that everything was perfect! Both Steve and Rob also did a great job on figuring out the odd issue that I had with some wasted space in part of the bathroom. Rob built a nice size shelf there to utilize as much of the space that he could. The entire Mr. Contractor Team who worked on all of the different phases of construction was very friendly and made sure that I was totally satisfied with all the work that they did. My bathroom looks fantastic! Thank you so much to the entire team especially Steve and Rob who was Awesome!

Barry and team were great. The damaged ceiling was removed, hauled away, and an entirely new drywall ceiling was hung. Looks great. Responsive and professional. I would hire them again.

Smoothly. We’ve worked w. Barry Spector and The Mr. Contractor team in the past and have found them very professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Barry checks in thru out the day to make sure things are moving along as planned and that any questions or concerns we have are addressed during the work. We are pleased with the quality of the work and their desire to provide great service and product in the end. We will definitely reach out to Barry again.

The work was completed very quickly the sales man was always calling to give me updates when my window would be arriving due to it being a custom window , once window arrived the contractors were scheduled to remove our old window and install the new one they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves and made sure my furniture was protected. I will be using them again for the next project in my home

Steve and the team at Mr. Contractor are wonderful. We hired them to fix up the addition in the back of our house and it ended up being a way more complex project than we had expected. Steve walked us through our options and helped us figure out how to get it all done within our budget. He and his team were so communicative during the whole process and had excellent attention to detail. Also, I have to point out that they were always early to come to work...that's so rare. Really appreciate all the work they put it in!

I would hire Mr. Contractor again! It's a family business that visited, gave me options based on my goals, and completed the work 2 days later. I was living and working in my house at the time, and each contractor was prompt and professional. One of the better experiences in recent years! And the work looks great!!

OMG - Mr. Contractor is amazing! They installed a new storm door, a deck with steps, railings and spindles, and a basement hatch for me. The work is beyond quality - the contractor, Allen, is a true artist! The attention paid to detail, large and small, was meticulous! Mr. Contractor and all of it’s staff were responsive, professional, courteous, answered all of my questions (and there were many), and most importantly experts at their trade! The price was reasonable and the entire project was completed expeditiously! Also to be noted, when the project was finished, they cleaned up and removed all debris. We were connected with Steve @ Mr Contractor through our realtor to fix a buckling stucco wall, replace two lintels in the front, and install star bolts. When they opened up the exterior wall, it became clear that the scope of the project wasn't merely cosmetic, they would need to reframe the side of the house. Steve very patiently walked us through our options, explained the extent of what needed to be done and why, and made helpful suggestions as to how to proceed. The work itself was extensive and took about a month but the side and back of the house look incredible. We're very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work. We'll be calling them again for future projects, no doubt.

It was seamless from first plans to scheduling to job completion. Ken's team were very respectful of my time limitations. The job was to convert my existing deck to a three season sun room and enclose a porch space into a mud room. They handled the permits, the drawings as well. I'd hire them again! They are not the cheapest but you pay for quality work.

From the first day I called Jennie took my information and I was immediately called back by Steve Who came to my home and gave us a detailed quote the same day and we decided to move forward with the company. Steve coordinated three different crews that were working on our home every crew was on time neat and clean and left our home as if they were not even there. Ken. S and his team repaired and rehabbed my top and inner porch roofs on 12/21-22/20. This included: repointing the outer facade brick wall, drilling down to the inner brick wall along the top roof's edge to then seal it tightly, sealing along the top roof, insulating the bay windows, re-sealing the inner porch roof, and replacing the second-floor bay with new protective siding. The rotating team of 4-6 men were efficient, swift, cooperative, unobtrusive (I'm working from home and I was undisturbed), polite and (most appreciated) CLEAN. They left not a speck of debris behind either day (despite the considerable amount that was produced from the mini-demolition). Ken came by on both days to check on the progress of the work and consult with me to see if I had any questions. The ultimate test would be how well would the inner porch roof keep out rain. Not a single drop has come through---even during an overnight deluge! I've worked with Ken before and I cannot sing his praises more. His teams simply do EXCELLENT work. The cost was very reasonable and worth every dollar. Ken will continue to have my business for future home projects, and I highly recommend him and any team he sends.

I was happy that the end result looked as I expected it to. The workers were punctual and courteous. They were thorough and worked full days (8:30 a.m. - 4:30p.m.). They cleaned up the premises daily before leaving and debris was hauled away.

Steve and his team were phenomenal in fixing my cracked and leaky stucco. They were quick, responsive, and professional. I got numerous quotes and Steve's was the most fair and honest; he walked the house with me and pointed out solutions no other contractor did (most just wanted to charge me twice the price to make it a bigger project then needed). I would definitely hire them again to do work for us.

The project was done earlier than predicted. Everyone involved with my repairs were professional and courteous. Steve was very helpful with making decisions about what needed to be repaired now and what repairs can be done at a later date.
