Some one from Mr. Contractor responded to our request for an estimate with in the same day and we had an estimate a few days later. Everyone we met with was prompt and profession. The crew that installed the deck were able to do so ahead of schedule. They thought it would take a day and a half but completed it on the first day. The new deck and door look amazing and we're happy to have chosen Mr. Contractor to complete the work!

It went great. Kenny was awesome. They bid the entire job and coordinated all subcontractors. They took on a task that no other contractors were interested in for a reasonable price. All around superb job.

The whole process went extremely well. Kenny carefully and patiently listened to all of my needs for the remodel before and during the upgrade. Upgrading a house from the 50s can be an overwhelming experience! With his expertise and professionalism, I was comfortable with his recommendations and planned work. The price was reasonable for all of the work that was planned. He also worked around our schedule, let me know the process, and which contractors would be working when. His staff and subcontractors were extremely professional. When the work started it went mainly as planned showing the expertise of the original evaluation and plan. The only things that deviated from the work plan were related to electrical, and we were able to partially adsorb part of that into the original price. That change included a new breaker panel to better distribute our circuits in the house. That was unplanned but I'm pleased that we could adress the issue all at the same time and have a better electrical setup. The electrician, Jim, even answered all of my "electricity 101' questions. \The mason subcontractors did a beautiful job. They informed us that the previous concrete steps were out of spec, and the new steps were much safer having a lower distance between each than before. Our neighbors have already asked who did the concrete work! They were definitely experts with attention to detail. The quality of the materials (doors etc) were all top grade (Anderson doors). My fiance also repeatedly comments about how great everything looks now! It was his parents home, and I know he is pleased with maintaining the integrity of the home but making it work for our needs. The whole operation was a well oiled machine. We will definitely use them again.

I wish that I could tell you that Mr. Contractor solved my horrible bathroom problem, but after waiting a week for my scheduled appointment, Barry cancelled at the last minute. Since I posted this review Barry has contacting been contacting me regarding the unfairness of my review since he has done no work. Sorry, but I did not have a good first impression.

I was very pleased with Steve and his crew. The were very good in understanding my needs and knew how to correct the problems with the windows and the block relating to seeping moisture and water. They corrected my problems from the roof down.

Everything went well. The men came onetime. They worked and finished doing all they were supposed to finished in the days allowed. They acted and worked with complete professionalism. I was extremely satisfied with the company and will use them again. I am awaiting Mr. Contractor to start a new project replacing my backyard deck.

Mr. Contractor (Lonnie) arrived on time for the estimate which was fair. his workmen arrived on time, went right to work. It was a very hot day but they worked with no complaints. It was a wonderful experience. they cleaned-up and left the area nice and tidy. His men were respectful and polite. I intend to have them do more work for me. Will recommend them to everyone.

We couldn't be happier with the way the house turned out! The guys at Mr. Contractor are the epitome of work ethic. Everyone on the job was very nice and patient; they walk you through what they're doing so you're always in the loop. Shout out to Alex - I asked him so many questions, most were unrelated to the job, and he was very happy to share his knowledge and give me tips. When we are ready for our next project - we will definitely be calling Mr. Contractor!

Mr. Contractor was excellent. We were on a really tight time budget and they came out right away and looked at the problem. It was a difficult problem accessing the joists because you could get to them from the basement but they were over the oil tank and wash room. They came up with a very good plan in order to replace and sister the damaged joists without needing taking out the porch floor or moving plumbing or oil tank pipes. They told us they were on a two to three week back log and would let us know a couple days before they started. Once the work started they were incredibly efficient and what we thought might take a few days ended up being completed in a single day. We needed a detailed write up of the work done and completed and they were very accommodating to this request. My husband and I are really grateful for the quick and quality work they did to repair a major problem in our house. Thank you.

The first day Mr. Contractor sent a large crew and they completed most of the work. The second day one employee came and was able to get the job completed. All of the employees were polite and worked very well together. I look forward to the next project, they will definitely be considered for the job.

We could not be happier with our new and improved outdoor space. When we moved into our house two years ago, we were pleased with the outdoor space but knew it was going to be the first thing on our list to redo. We had a terrible rickety fence on one side and a bunch of planters in the back filled with weeds but we saw the potential for a beautiful outdoor space where we could grill, garden and entertain. Mr. Contractor was amazing to work with, I drew them a sketch of what we wanted and they replicated it perfectly. The men who worked on our job were courteous and professional. They took great care to protect our hardwood floor and furniture as they moved supplies through our house into the back patio (we don't have outdoor access to our outdoor space). The cider block wall perfectly matched the other existing walls, so now our patio looks symmetrical for the first time! The carpentry was particularly impressive. Even my husband said "Wow! I didn't know it was going to be so nice!". We are so excited to grow veggies, plant flowers and have a great party with our new smoker. Thanks Mr. Contractor!

Initial structural work was done very quickly, but they forgot to address protecting the water and sewer pipes. As a result, whenever it gets cold I can't use my washer. Most of the work was done quickly and well, but they kept trying to skimp on final finishing - very sloppy unprofessional work, even after I reminded them multiple times. A disappointing experience.

From the office staff down to the carpenters and salesman everything went better than past experience with other contractors. They showed up when they said and steve the salesman checked up and spoke to us throughout the entire project

Ken and his crew did a great job on our house. I contacted Mr. Contractor after reading reviews on Angie's List and seeing them do work on our neighbor's house. Ken contacted me to schedule our initial meeting very quickly after my first call to the office and was on time and professional. We discussed our options for the deck, he showed me samples of similar projects they've completed, and he gave me a ballpark estimate on the spot. He returned a week later with the contract and we discussed the spigot and exterior caulking. Ken worked with us to obtain the necessary permits and was in regular contact with me throughout that process. He kept me updated on his conversations with L&I and helped us make design changes in response to the permit requirements quickly and easily. Once the permits were issued he put us on the schedule very quickly. On construction day the 3 man crew showed up first thing in the morning and got right to work. Mid morning a fourth worker showed up and stayed for a few hours, making the process go faster. The guys were professional and respectful of the property. The whole project was finished in 6 hours - way faster than I expected. Both my partner and I are really pleased with the quality of the work and the speed with which it was completed. As others have commented, we probably could've found someone cheaper, but I think peace of mind and quality are worth the cost (which was reasonable and appropriate).

It was okay. I did notice that one of my outlets in the kitchen does not work. The exhaust fan was kept in as well and I had asked that it would be removed. The fan is now running behind the drywall and is constantly running.

I met with Ken from Mr. Contractor to discuss all of the details for the project. He was very professional. He called me to let me know he would be a little late for our meeting and came on the day he said he would to discuss the project. The project started one day during the week that was stated on the contract. Ken came with the contractors the day the work in my house was starting to explain to them exactly what was being done. He also called at the end of the day to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done that day in my house. It only took the contractors 2 half days to complete the project. I thought they did a great job in such a short time. I appreciated how they always asked me if I had any questions about the work they were doing in my house. They even suggested adding a piece of molding along my basement steps that wasn't part of the project. They were very neat and clean while completing this project. They laid sheets on my rug to protect it from getting dirty and did their cutting outside. They also cleaned everything up and took the trash with them. Overall, I was very pleased and would use them again for other projects in my house.

Barry and the team at Mr. Contractor were absolutely great to work with. We had a few bids on the projects we wanted to do, and I will say that Mr. Contractor was not the cheapest... However their service was above and beyond everyone else we met with. Barry was responsive, and took the time to really explain what they would be doing. He made suggestions that helped us versus trying to rack up charges to the invoice. The install team was on-time, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend for any project, big or small.

Our point person on the jobs was Ken Specter. He was responsive, always on time, and concerned about doing a good job. He provided recommendations/opinions as needed, but helped us turn our ideas into nice bathrooms. He inspected the work when done and had several small things redone to his satisfaction. We also noted a few minor issues that we spoke to Ken about, and they were corrected immediately. Ken has high standards for his work and it showed. The crew at Mr. Contractor was professional and trustworthy. We were never worried about our security while they were in our house which was 3+ weeks. They worked quickly, and kept the house as clean as possible. Special kudos to Brian the tile installer who is an artist and also the plumber who did a great job. We were very happy with Mr. Contractor. They are not the lowest priced outfit in town, but when you hire them, you are paying for quality work and responsiveness. We are very happy with our bathrooms and would look to hire these guys for all future work.

This project went extremely well as the other 2 previous projects went. The Mr. Contractor rep gave me so many options to exercise and together we chose what was good and functional for my family. This bathroom was in worst sharp because of what we couldn't see under the floor and walls. The demo crew was professional doing the work and we all was surprise the room stood this test of time. The cement crew was outstanding reinforcing my walls preventing winter air coming into the basement.. The carpenter people were masters of their craft reframing the perimeter, ceiling and floor and installing wood cabinets. The electrician and plumbers were top shelf as I witnessed their job performance as they made it looked like child's play. The plumber found something going wrong with the house heating system and it was quickly corrected. I like people more who goes the extra mile for me. They kept me up to date as to what was occuring as I also learned thru our conversations . The painter used his job knowledge and skills to make this bathroom closer to perfection. All the craftsmen contributed to making this bathroom project a functional bathroom resulting in making this family a happier one. It's always good to see familiar faces taking good care of this homeowner. I asked many questions as I have done in the past not to checked on their professionalism but to learned from them and get their point of view into make the correct decision. Remember: You get what you pay for and if you pay next to nothing, you get next to nothing.

We recently had severe water damage from a bathroom leak. We ended up with a large hole in our living room ceiling, a gutted wall alcove, ruined carpeting, and basement ceiling tiles falling. Mr. Contractor did an amazing job fixing everything, and they made a fairly harrowing experience as painless as possible. They did excellent work and they did it in a fairly short time, even though we have an extremely large amount of furniture for them to work around. Their prices seemed a little high, but the quality of the work was worth every penny and they are very up front about all costs. All the work they did came out beautifully. They even helped us pack and moved all the boxes, because neither my mother nor I can do a lot of lifting. While they were here, they adjusted the insulation on our front and back doors for free, and they replaced a rusty gasket under our bathtub, which the plumber had missed and which could have caused yet another leak and more damage down the line. We were very satisfied with the job they did and have already contacted them for additional work.

Steve from Mr. Contractor came out to do the initial estimate. He said in 10 days the materials will be in and he'll call. He did! Steve and his crew came out on Friday and did all of the work contracted for. They were punctual, friendly and efficient. They covered everything up in the area they were working and cleaned up any mess made. They did beautiful work and we are very pleased. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I found Mr. Contractor on Angie's list and place my job description. Very soon I was contacted by Steve, contractor and owner, who came over next day to look at job site and give estimate. Steve was very professional and gave detailed analysis what needs to be done and gave estimate of the work. His crew showed up as scheduled and performed job very professionally and in timely manner. Steve and his guys were very responsive and addressed all concerns I had. I was very glad with quality of work done and definitely consider Mr. Contractor for next projects.

the crews were on time everyday and cleaned up everyday as if no one was working in the home. Ken and Steve ran the job from start to finish and also made sure anything that came up which was un expected was clearly explained and options were given. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants a professional company to work in their home as I have had bad experiences in the past with lower priced contractors. They came highly recommended from angies list and few co workers that have used them as well. Kudos to Jim, Alex, Joe And Greg who gave us our Dream KITCHEN and BATHROOM.
