I was very pleased with the professionalism of the installers. Each project was handled with courtesy in keeping my house as clean as possible. All of the installers kept me informed of work completed and work to be done on another day.

My knights in shining armor. What started as a small repair of water damage near my kitchen window kept getting worse and worse as we opened up the wall. Old water and termite damage coupled with bad original construction led to a crumbling frame and the entire back wall of my house needing to be replaced. Steve and Ken at Mr. Contractor were amazing, telling me through the whole thing that this was fixable and they'd take care of everything. And they did, going above and beyond to make sure that every detail was addressed while working with me to try to control the cost. The entire crew was friendly and professional and took very good care of my home. I would not hesitate to use them again, and to refer them to other people. So glad I found you guys.

Our shower came out great. While it was a pain to have another leak, getting a chance to re-do the entire shower with quality workmanship was well worth it. Kenny was there every step of the way and his connections came in handy when we needed the tile shop to open before business hours. I've worked with Mr. Contractor before and they are one of the few contractors I trust in my home.

The men from Mr. Contractor were wonderful. They were on time. They took every care to cover our furniture and floors. They had to move all of our kitchen appliances as well. They moved were flawless. They even repaired a water feed into our dishwasher. Lastly, they did a beautiful job laying the new deck and sub-floor. We will definitely use Mr. Contractor again. We highly recommend them.

We were told that it would be done in around 8 days. Well they not only got all of it done in that time but it looks great. Al (the lead guy on the job) was informative and curtious. One of the painters got stuck by himself and stayed the whole day and night until the basement was finished. Really an amazing experience and we're so happy with the outcome.

The best thing about Mr. Contractor is their business model of giving a quote right then and there at the time of the estimate. You will not be disappointed in working with Mr. Contractor.

They got us a quote and quickly scheduled the work so we can get the re-inspection scheduled and accelerate the sale. They got it all done in one day and offered to cover any additional minor repairs if need be.

We were thrilled with the results....it completely transformed the look of our house since this new mudroom entrance is the first thing you seen when you enter our driveway. The quality of the work is fantastic...the crew was great and very respectful of our home (the work area was always kept clean throughout the project). Would definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased with the results. The apt. looks great, the kitchen and bathroom are terrific. Ken was a good leader of his workmen, who were a very responsible and capable group. When there were issues, Ken was ready to correct them. He is a very good communicator. We would certainly recommend him to someone looking for a general contractor.

The staff at Mr. Contractor were all amazing. From the moment I called and spoke to Jennie to the day that Ken showed up to give me an estimate. It was a flawless process without any issues. Ken, the sales advisor, showed up to my house on time. He walked me through the work that would be needed for my project ideas. He provided me an approximate time frame and rough estimate of cost. The following day he sent me an email of my contract with everything listed in detail. His figures did not change on the contract but he included additional work. The crew that was sent to my house was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Jim and Alex, the carpenters, went out of their way to keep my house clean and the job on target for the completion dates. There were many helpers (i.e. Dave and Willy) and tradesmen (i.e. plumber, electrician, painter, etc) coming into my home throughout the project. Ken was great in organizing the schedules and making sure construction started just as I was leaving my house for work and by the time I came home, things were put away and cleaned up. I even came home one day from work during my lunch break to discover Ken was walking my dogs. Despite the amount of work being done, I never felt like my house wasn’t still functional - in other words, I had no problem living through the ordeal. The basement project really allowed me to add another floor of my house to be used as living space. My home is small and I thought I might need to move to a bigger house. So the new area in the basement and extra bathroom stopped me from looking for other homes. I was also able to split a bedroom into (2) bedrooms which gave me space to create an exercise room. This was a great use of the space. My master bedroom had inadequate closet space. Ken was able to tear out the closets and create an entire row of uniform closets with double-doors. The amount of storage space was astonishing. The look was great and there was even space to create a recessed are for a cable box and for a TV to be mounted. I have never been so happy. I feel like my house is brand new with every inch of space maximized. Whenever friends visit they comment on how nice the work is and ask for the number of my contractor. I can not rave enough about Mr. Contractor! THANKS (and I plan to hire these guys again)!

Kens guys were verry professional and verry neat did a awesome job in kitchen and bathroom also installed some new doors I'm verry satisfied with the quality of their workmanship

Barry was prompt and professional with the appraisal. Darius and Joe were prompt gor the appointment. They provided professionalism and courtesy and well as delivering a quality product.

The team of Joe and Joe (Joe Squared) came out a few weeks later. They were great. Right on time. Very professional. Very clean work. Removed the old window, showed my wife and I where the leak was coming from, and installed our new window. Keeping us posted every step of the way. They re-mucked our entire roof as well, making sure we are good for another couple of years, all this was done with me sitting 20 feet away in my office on the 3rd floor of my house. My workday was uninterrupted. They were great with my 2 1/2 year old twins as well, answering their questions as to what they were fixing on their house, and even bringing them some soft pretzels. My children are still talking about the Joes that fixed their house a week later. They were great with our three small dogs who tend to be a little over zealous on their greetings. They did a great job, and I will be having them back to tackle some other projects in the very near future. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.
