Lonnie and his crew did a great job. I would first say that I typically do not get along well with contractors because I call a spade a shovel and have no problem telling them when I see ******** work. Lonnie and his crew had their work cut out for them on my job. I live in a 150 year old house with slanted floors and crooked walls. Nothing was level. To compound the issues were the fact that I used custom handmade backsplash tiles - neither 2 were the same thickness etc and my flooring was a mosaic which was probably a horrifying install. Through it all, Lonnie was professional and pulled off a miracle with my kitchen from ****. They also were ahead of schedule with everything and probably would have had the kitchen done in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I’m the one that held them up because it took forever to get my handmade flooring delivered..which was also a bear to install. I have never heard of a contractor not only being on time with a job but ahead of schedule! Job included: gutting kitchen almost to the studs, reconfiguring Plumbing, adding electrical, window enlargement, re-point brick steps, waterproofing basement closet, re-building closet, re-building pantry, re-venting dryer et. I would highly recommend Lonnie and will be using him again when we add a 3rd story to our house! I have the "before" pictures of the kitchen but they are just too ugly to post!

Ken is a great guy and very easy to work with. He was responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. He was available and willing to answer any of my questions or concerns (all were minor and quickly addressed). I was not home while the work was being done, but it was completed in the discussed time frame and my house was cleaned up when they finished. The new stairs and hand rail look and feel great. I am happy with the price, workmanship and professionalism. I will definitely be using Mr. Contractor for any future projects.

Excellent from estimate to finished product! Barry helped work within my budget to make the most impact on the curb appeal and comfort of my new house. I needed some exterior masonry work (a few new steel lintels) and windows installed throughout the whole house, and Mr. Contractor was able to do both jobs with the same expertise as 2 specialists. My new windows make my house look 100% better from the street and 100% quieter and more comfortable inside. The employees are all honest, local Philadelphia guys who were pleasant to deal with and respectful of my house and furniture. I absolutely trusted them in my home when I was at work, and will absolutely hire them again for my next project.

Kenny and his crew were excellent. The work was done in a very timely fashion; the work looked great once completed. The workers graciously did more than was expected; they were very neat, all debris was taken from the site. I can't praise them enough.

I was extremely satisfied with the job done at my daughter's home. From my phone call to schedule an appointment, to meeting Steve, to seeing the completed work, Steve Spector and his team were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Steve at Mr. Contractor was organized and in constant communication with me throughout the project and was a pleasure to work with. Personally being a Civil Engineer, I have worked with all sorts of contractors for over fifty years, and I must says that this was one of the most enjoyable projects that I have ever been involved with. Thumbs up, on a job well done.

I submitted the list of work that needs to be done in my house and Angies suggested Mr Contractor. When I called them and described my projects, they assured me that they do big and small jobs and scheduled an appointment that I waited for almost 2 weeks for. Ken came 40 min late. I showed him the front and back of the house that needed brick pointing and painting, he didn't want to look at the other projects to be done here saying that this job is too small for him. I feel like I was mislead from the beginning, and regret I wasted my time waiting for the initial appointment.

It went very well! It only took three days and it was an excellent job.

We called Mr. Contractor because a fully rehabbed house we bought 6 years ago had some persistent leaks around some windows and elsewhere which the original contractor could not seem to fix. After discussing the ongoing problems with us, Mr. Contractor’s representative Steve proposed a plan and a quote which we found reasonable and a time frame for when they would start the work, which they honored. Once they got into the project they found a lot of water damage in one area under a stuccoed outer wall, and some associated faulty roof work, which could not have been predicted by the original examination. This resulted in a change of plan for this area, with an increase in cost for additional supplies and labor, all of which Steve explained clearly and to our satisfaction. The work was completed within our desired time schedule and after 8 weeks and numerous rain storms no leaks have yet been detected.

Mr. Contractor did a great job. The wirjers were professional, efficient, and completed the job in the time promised. Highly recommend them. I will definitely hire them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Did an excellent job sealing all our windows. From the first point of contact to the workers completing the job, everyone was professional and thorough with their work. I'd recommend them for window repair and replacement.

Steve at Mr. Contractor was organized and in constant communication with me throughout the project. Due to the organization and communication, I have no complaints. This renovation was smooth and no road blocks or problems along the way. Staff did a great job of clean up during the demo and each day. This is my second time working with Mr. Contractor. Excellent. My expectations were exceeded by the entire Mr. Contractor team. To begin, they had a schedule and finished the project on time. My contact Ken was amazing by answering all questions and staying in constant contact and even sending photos as work was completed. Even after completion, they were available for any adjustments that needed to be done. The finished product is beautiful and I couldn't have been more satisfied. They were on time as usual and very professional. They went right to work and did what they had to do in a very timely manner. They were nothing but polite to me and my family. They made sure they had all they needed to do the job they were here to do so they did not have to leave at all. I have been using this company for a while they are family owed and respectful, and professional. They stand behind their work and I would not use anyone else, because you get what you pay for, great quality work.

We recently used Mr. Contractor to renovate one of our commercial showrooms and to create a new office. The work included, dry wall, display building, ceiling installation, and carpentry. From the estimate to the completion of the work, Mr. Contractor's Kenny Specter and his team were professional, communicative, and hit each of the deadlines we were promised. In the past, we've relied on Mr. Contractor to renovate two other offices in our company and had no qualms about calling them back in to do additional work. I would recommend Mr. Contractor to any business or homeowner looking for quality improvements to their property.

It went smoothly and clean. I'm glad on the way they kept the job site clean at most times during the job and how great the job was in the end. Most likely a rehire for future jobs.

Not well! Requested an appointment online and got an immediate response. Was told Steve would contact me to schedule an appointment. Steve called a day or two later and scheduled an appointment a month out which was fine with me. The day of the appointment Steve called to cancel due to a family emergency which I was understanding. The next appointment was scheduled 3 weeks out because he could not meet my availability which would of been in the evening or Saturday. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm on a Thursday however Steve called to confirm and left a voicemail stating the appointment was between 1pm & 2pm. When I called back I confirmed 1pm because I had to another commitment at 3 and would need to leave by 2. Nevertheless the appointment never happened because Steve who said he was 15 minutes away when I called back to confirm 1pm. I waited and Steve still had not arrived by 1:30pm. When I contacted him to let him know I could not wait any longer, he stated he was around the corner. Let’s say I was utterly disappointed because there was no accommodation made to get my business since the initial appointment was rescheduled by the company. Well I guess things happen for a reason.

They did an amazing job! Lonnie’s suggestions were spot on and I love how everything turned out!! I will be using them for all future projects!

Barry and the team were great. The work took less time than expected, and the team was courteous, cleaned up the workspace, and asked for our input along the way. We asked them to reconfigure a master suite upstairs to close off and build a closet and remove a wall to create a sitting room. The projected time was 4 days, and they wrapped in 2.5.

We embarked upon simply redoing our kitchen but when the walls came down, it became apparent that our bathroom needed to be done as well. Even though we were not thrilled with the additional unexpected work, we could not be more thrilled with the results. The guys are awesome, punctual, professional, courteous and nice. Carpenter Al is great! Steve worked closely with us, helping us work within our budget and still get what we wanted. Steve was attentive and even surprised us with items he thought we would like. We LOVE our new kitchen and bathroom. I have used these guys for all the work I need done around the house and will continue to use them for future projects.
