Everything was done as it was explained to me and on time. The worker's were very cortious and answered all our questions. They cleaned up after themselves and keeped everything neet

Mr. Contractor was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to give us what we were looking for.

We had Mr. Contractor repair a joist in our kitchen ceiling plus add a few lights and dry wall a 20 x 20 ceiling. Went with them because they had good reviews online and because they are a local family owned business. Working with Lonnie was awesome. Friendly and up-front through the entire process from quotes, through scheduling, and through the entire construction time. Quote was accurate and was very clear about costs associated for a few additional services we had done (plumbing fixes and floor repairs) Project was finished in 4 days like we talked about. Contractor crew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely have Lonnie and Mr. Contractor back to work on our house.

Extremely well. the crews were on time did a great job on installation & cleaned up upon completion. Kenny knows his craft and provided very good suggestions to us. I would use them for other projects and highly recommend them.

Very good work and the work done fast I enjoyed working with Steve he was very thorough and helped me out with my insurance company who was playing games and not giving enough money. In the end the project turned out great. Pictures attached

Kenny and his team were great to work with. Any time we had any questions, they were quick to respond, and make sure everything was done exactly as we wished. The experience of working with Mr. Contractor exceeded our expectations. Kenny was on site every day, his crew was always on time, respectful of our space and cleaned the site. All work was done as scheduled, and within the quoted price. I would use them again without hesitation and have already referred them to my neighbors. Mr. Contractor is an excellent contractor. I would greatly recommend them to anyone who needs contacting for their home or for their business. Ken Spector is an excellent contractor, is very hard working and is punctual and thorough.

We are buying a house and had some concerns about the siding that were discovered in our initial inspection. We called Mr. Contractor to see if they would come out and give us a second opinion and let them know that it had to be right away because we were still under negotiations. Steve was able to meet us within a couple of hours from our initial phone call. He was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. He was able to discuss with us the concerns we had as well as point out some additional suggestions that would help up with the home in the future. Also knowing that we were under a time constraint, he was able to get a detailed report to us within hours after his inspection. We are very grateful for Mr Contractor's help and would absolutely use their services in the future!

The team at Mr Contractor was superb! We had a lot of bids prior to the project and while Mr Contractor was on the high side of the mid range prices, they were well worth it. They are by the books, handled all permits etc, and had great communication with us leading up to the project. They were clear about overall logistics and took the time to make suggestions on not only execution, but overall design. We completed gutted our kitchen and bathroom and they handled everything(sub contractors for plumbing and electric). They were flexible when we added or deleted items from the project, great at problem solving on the fly, and were willing to let us use other contractors for specific details within the project (we had a floor guy and counter guy). More than anything, these guys are FAST!!! A three week turn around is unheard of for the scope of this job. We were down to the studs, had joists replaced, new plumbing, electric and insalation, new doors windows, walls-everything. Three weeks. As with any contractor you hire, check their work regularly. There were many times that little details were not done the way we had expected; it was done correctly, we just preferred things a different way. Every time we brought up these preferences they fixed them immediately or brainstormed with us to find the best solution. Ken was our lead contact and was a pleasure to work with, constantly communicating and an all around nice guy. The team at Mr Contractor was respectful of our space, hard working and kind. We will definitely be hiring them again!

I am the owner of a property in the Philadelphia area. Mr Contractor answered my request in a couple of days and provided a reasonable estimate. After accepting estimate, work was completed within two weeks.

Did an amazing amount of work in a short time frame so we could move in. Very easy to work with and extremely responsive. Excellent ideas and advice about how to accomplish what we wanted. Very professional. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend.

I needed a few fixes accomplished on short notice in order to close on a house. Mr. Contractor, especially Steve Spector, was able to accomplish necessary repairs quickly and thoroughly. They understood the time crunch and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process even though I was out of state. I would recommend Mr. Contractor for any repairs, refurbish, or renovation because of their high quality work and outstanding customer service.

I gave the "estimator" a list of what I wanted done and priced, and I think he just throw that sheet away, as he had no recollection of it when I followed up through the office after not hearing back for sometime. Then after explaining everything to the receptionist and thinking we were all onteh same page, I get a call from him the next day and what does he give me an estimate for just "partial" and "full" brink pointing rather than what we asked from them. This whole process took 3 weeks and several follow up calls from me, to get an estimate. So, I didn't want to waste any more of my time and started to look else where.

Job went perfect. Professional and on time everyday. Easy to get a hold of them on the phone with questions before the job started.

Ken and team did an outstanding job on our full house rebuild following a fire. All exterior and interior work was beautifully completed by their teams of experts including some of The absolutely best experts in the area. Every member of the teams provided quality work and respect. The professionalism, responsiveness, quality, and completeness exceeded our expectations. We are grateful to Ken and his team for all they did. Of special note, Ken was very communicative with us which was such a reassurance. In fact, after prior experience with another contractor, Mr. Contractor demonstrated how terrific companies Should Be! Any job would be in excellent hands with Ken and team.

Everything went great! Ken led the project and kept me updated on the progress through the whole process. Ken’s team secured the deck’s frame, replaced all the boards and installed a new railing. It looks great! I would definitely hire Mr. Contractor again.

Steve and his crew did a great job. Their quote was a little higher than another I had been quoted, but that quote was given w out even viewing the job. Steve’s professionalism convinced me the little bit more i was paying would be worth it. He went right out and looked at the property and sent me a quote that day. They found a couple of issues under the old siding and informed me immediately before proceeding. They sent me pictures of the work as it was being done. I would hire them again in a minute and I highly recommend them.

They did an incredible job. The bathroom is gorgeous and everything looks beautiful. It's really improved my house. Money well spent.

This company was fantastic from start to finish, I emailed this company on a Monday they came out the next day on Tuesday to give an estimate, however, my boyfriend was home and had no idea what I was looking for, so the guy came back on Friday. He was very professional and listened to what I wanted. He give me a quote, a start day, and end date of project. I have a very small Kitchen and was looking for ways to get more Cabinet space, it was suggested I get ride of my small window which was a great idea. Work that was done 1. new ceiling 2. Floors 3.. new cabinets 4. Lighting 5. window remove 6. New back Door/ frame 7. new counter top 8. Backslash 9.new Sink 10. applied new caulking around the tub in my bath room, my bathroom sits above my Kitchen what I didn't get; 1. paint 2. appliances The workers came on the scheduled date listed on the contract at 7am, they clean up each day and finished the job two days before the schedule end date. It took 3days to do the Kitchen. Over all I am happy with my kitchen and appreciate the professionalism of the staff. I hate that I didn't take before picture :(

We have used Mr Contractor before to finish our ~700 sq ft basement and remodel our kitchen. We knew then that we were going to use them in the future due to their adherence to the budget and accurate estimate of when the work would be completed. I rated the price a B because it could always be cheaper but once the work started there were contractors at my house between 7 and 7:30am each day. There were no gaps in the work. I also rated them a B in responsiveness but only because they did not start exactly on the predicted date. They started about 2 weeks later which was ok by us because we had not finished 'packing up' at that time and needed the extra time. But once they started they actually finished a day early. We live in a 110 year old row house in Fairmont and had a closet to match. The closet was beautiful wood work but it did not serve our modern needs so we needed to demolish it and build a modern depth closet. We asked them to keep some of the wood facing to use in other projects and they kept everything. The carpenter even built a very unique entryway hall tree (to hang coats and put keys right in the front door) that is beautiful. We have been able to use other pieces as well (for 2 chests and a bookcase). The new floors that they installed look great too. They installed the first floor, stairs, and main floor (like I said they finished the basement last time we hired them 2 1/2 years ago). We also had most of our house repainted, main room, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairway. Their attention to detail is great. We had a different idea for the banister railing on the second level and the carpenter brought our dream to life. I look around the house now and feel that we really do have our dream home. We plan to use them again in a couple of years (when we've saved up some money) when we renovate the bathrooms. The price below includes labor and all materials.
