Mr. Contractor was amazing they provided excellent efficient service for my decking job. The price was fair and the work was excellent. The work was doing in a timely fashion and came out exactly as they explained it to me. I would 100% recommended Mr. Contractor again Kenny and his crew were fantastic!

Everything went very well Jenny at the office is a sweetheart Ken does what he says when he says and how he says things go well in a timely fashion I will not let anyone else work on my house but ken from Mr. contractor that is such a pleasure It is nice to know that you’ll get a return call and get the work done although they are a little expensive it is well worth it at the end of the day.

This is my second time using Mr. Contractor and won’t be my last. I originally asked for a quote for a couple items around my house but they pointed out a couple areas of concern that will prevent more issues in the future. These guys are flexible, honest, and do great work. Would definitely recommend!

I worked with Kenny from Mr. Contractor from January 2019 until completion in April 2019 on several projects in my home ranging from a full bathroom remodel, creation of a w/d closet, and fixing up our regular closet. We are thrilled with the outcome. The work was executed professionally throughout, Kenny was very communicative with us and understood our needs, and things got done in a timely manner. His crew was very courteous and took great care to make sure that the work in our home was not too disruptive and they were respectful of our belongings (and doggie). They also cleaned everything up and then some. Creating a bathroom in your home from scratch is a very stressful process, but Kenny and the crew at Mr. Contractor made it feel like a breeze. Highly recommended.

Steve was very prompt and professional. We appreciated his ideas when it came to our door and window options. The team was quick and hard working and got the work done well. Because of this our project was completed ahead of schedule. Would recommend to use Mr. Contractor in the future.

I called Mr. Contractor for an estimate after a contractor next door caused water damage to my home. Even though it was a weekend, they sent Steve out to my house to take a look at my problem and give me an estimate, but he also talked to the contractor next door for me and told him how to fix the leak he caused. It was a while before we were ready to begin work, but even after months of delays, Steve was able to schedule our job. Alan and a guy whose name I forgot (sorry! You were still great!) did an excellent job making our long damaged house look like new. Gary gave everything on our first floor a great coating, and before we knew it, it was like the damage never happened. After years of working on our home ourselves or relying on other contractors, I was very pleased with the work, professionalism, and results from Mr. Contractor's guys and would absolutely hire them again for another job.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my new deck. This project has been on my mind for over 6 years since the purchase of our home. We received quotes a few years ago but put the project on hold due to cost. Last winter we decided to finally hire a contractor. To my surprise, many contractors did not want to do work in Philadelphia due to the strict construction guidelines within the city. Those that were willing, did not want to work with a zoning/building permit. Mr. Contractor had no issue with either as they are experienced with working in the city. Their price was very competitive for the size of deck that I wanted. When I signed the contract, Kenney said that the work would take 5 days. This included the deck and opening the wall to install sliding doors. With my experience hiring contractors for my prior employer - a public entity, I thought to myself, he’s bluffing to get my business. Kenney was right on point. One day of construction, the entire frame of the deck was up. Day two included most of the deck floor. Day three included finishing the floor and installing the railing. The crew – Alex, Jim, Dave and others worked so efficiently and left everything really clean at the end of each day. Every day that I came home after work, I couldn’t believe the progress. The final two days of construction consisted of blowing out the dining room wall, framing and installing the sliding doors. Kenney kept me informed every step of the progress from the beginning. My neighbors are just obsessed with my desk as are we. I highly recommend Mr. Contractor and will gladly use them on future projects.

Everything went well. The Project team came in and knocked the job out of the park. We received the estimate and once we gave the green light they were there the next day installing. Crew was very professional and knowledgeable. You won’t find better quality then this. Even though it was a smaller job, they crew did not leave any stone unturned. Their housekeeping was pristine. I would definitely hire Mr. Contractor again.

Perfect. Was done in a quick amount of time, as well as the work was amazing. Hand crafted shelves for my closet with nice trim finishing, kitchen looks amazing as well as the bedrooms. Would highly recommend.

He's also a jack of all trades, so no matter what service you need he can either do it himself or put you in touch with the best. He is the contractor for my home and I know that anytime I have a question or need his expertise he'll get back to me right away and takes care of problems (fixing old water pipes, plumbing, general contractor work) with care and concern. He goes above and beyond and you can feel safe and confident knowing he's on the job. Can't recommend enough, A+!

Such an amazing company to work with. They came out right away to give me a quote, were very flexible, and so fast! They made the process very easy and required very little of my time or attention. They could communicate with me over text, so we didn’t have to play phone tag and i never had to step away from my normal day-to-day to communicate with them. They did all of the work in about 5 hours! So fast and I didn’t need to be there while they were working. Friendly, trustworthy, and terrific quality of work. Would definitely recommend.

We used Mr. Contractor to install kick out diverters at one of our properties. They were priced correctly (we had 4 estimates), quick, and most importantly clean. Will use them again.

It was an awesome experience working with Mr. Contractor. Steve and his team were all extremely responsive, helpful, and willing to work with me as I made some aesthetic changes to the final product. They worked diligently and thoroughly each day. If something wasn’t exactly how I wanted it, they were quick to return and make requested adjustments.

Mr. Contractor is a top notch company. I’ve had a few jobs done by Kenny and every time it was great. He went above and beyond. We were selling our house and everything the buyer wanted he did for me right away. They are an excellent company and I will use them over and over for all my home improvement work.

Barry and his team are great, super easy to work with. I've worked with Mr Contractor for a few years, they are a responsible and reliable team with excellent communication skills! Barry is extremely responsive, he stays in touch via text, phone and email throughout the entire job. The work is solid, pricing is a bit over midpoint for the market, but the service level, reliability, and quality of work are worth it. I would highly recommend for small or large jobs. They just finished a larger job for me this month (replaced our ceiling, installed a new rail system, and finished our basement). But I've also had them out to install a screen door. Excellent service regardless of the contract price.

When we decided to renovate our kitchen, we explored several options, including a professional kitchen designer, two big box stores and three contractors. After checking out the reviews and conversing with representatives from all of the above, I decided to do the basic designing, and we went with Mr. Contractor. The manager of our project was Ken Spector. Ken was knowledgeable, flexible, and a great communicator. There was a lag between signing the contract and starting the work, but that was because of our own preference and scheduling considerations. The work started the second week of January. Ken explained the staging of the job and kept us informed throughout. We found a few surprises after the demolition (as one does when working on an old house), which the Mr. Contractor crew dealt with before continuing with the design. The crew came consistently until the majority of the job was done. This took about 3 weeks. They came back to finish up a few loose ends when straggling materials arrived. There was one issue, having to do with the quartz island top and window sills. Ken tried to intervene with the supplier without success. I will review that supplier separately. It makes it happy to sit in our new kitchen. It's light, comfortable, has gobs of storage and is very functional as a work space. We look forward to cooking, eating and hanging out it it for years to come.

Mr. Contractor was excellent. He was also expensive but the quality of work was worth the price. He spent a lot of time assessing the damage that needed to be repaired, and even took the time to explain in great detail the work that was required to repair the damage permanently. In addition, Steve worked directly with my insurance company which was a great stress relief to me. Once the work began, it was completed with incredibly efficiency, and throughout construction, Steve was readily available by phone or text and was very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend Steve and Mr. Contractor.

Ken was great. After a leak in our roof ruined some walls and a bit of ceiling in each part of our house, we reached out to a number of contractors. Mr. Contractor was the first to get back to us, Ken came and gave an estimate soon after we spoke. His quote was lower than others we received, and we went ahead with Mr. Contractor. Ken was kind and patient with my questions, and had his guys out quickly. His crew was professional and prompt, and within three days of the start date the walls and ceiling were repaired and painted. And his crew was even able to do a few little additional tasks (tightened a loose banister, hung a mirror, etc) which we had been putting off.
