 + -1 moreMike started the job in January 2007 and it is May 2007 and he still has not finished the work. It has not been easy reaching him. At one point, he had his truck break down and could not work. He has also taken employment with outside sources and had to go to work instead of completing the project.
Description of Work: Mike repaired the walls and floor in our basement. He used concrete to repair the damage.
