Beware of this plumber. Mike Singer is a knowledgeable as a plumber, however he does not fulfill agreements he makes with his customers. I arranged via phone with Mike to replace an old, leaking water heater in my home.
He was to pick up the heater from his supplier and bring it to my home and install it.
NOTE: I am a long time customer of Mike Singer Plumbing going back at least 10 years. Over the years he has done both major plumbing repairs for me as well as small minor one. So we have had a long relationship.
Mike arrived with the new water heater, I helped him take it down to my basement and he installed it. AFTER the installation he tells me he doesn't remove old appliances (it's something he just hates to do) so he would arrange for a junk/scrap metal  remover to come to my home and remove the old heater for him. He said this guy would either come or call and pick up the old heater.  It is now some 2.5 weeks later and I'm still waiting for this phantom junk man to come remove the water heater from my basement. I have made 2 calls to Mike and left him voice mails about this heater not being removed and asked him to please have his guy come pick it up as per our agreement, and Mike has not had the courtesy or professionalism to return my calls nor have his junk man (if he  exists) pick it up.
Had Mike told me he doesn't remove the replaced appliance from the home before the job, I may well have called a different plumber who does...as all plumbers do. But, I trusted him to be a man of his word. I expected he would honor his commitment, and as a long term customer of his who has always paid him in full at the completion of his work, he would have had respect and appreciation for me as a repeat customer. I WAS WRONG. Mike does none of these. He does not honor his commitments with his customers and if he has to return to do clean up work after a job is finished. beware, he does not do it.
Needless to say, I will no longer use his services, which is his financial loss. Mike Singer has done thousands of dollars of work for me over the years, and to end a relationship with a paying customer and lose hundreds or thousands of dollars more in future work because he doesn't remove old appliances from the home as every other plumber does, is sad. 

It went great!  We had just had a different AC service provider out who wanted to put in a new unit for $2490 plus labor charges!  This gentleman came out and replaced the capacitor and ran a diagnostic check.  This fixed the unit and the AC is working great!  I really appreciate this gentleman's honesty and professionalism!  I highly recommend his services!  Thank goodness for Mike Singer!
