Mike and his son did a beautiful job repairing the crack in my stucco. The work was done promptly and site was left clean each day. Mile is very easy to work with and addressed my concerns before beginning any work.

In 2 word's, OUTSTANDING SERVICE. First, I never knew or met Mike before, Second, he provided this service FREE. and he knew I wasn't in the market for a new house or other pay services. Third, I offered to pay him for his time and service but he declined. How could I possibly say anything negative about this man. He definitly earns the highest rating there is.

He is a member of Coldwell Banker. He was fair and honest. He was very informative about the process. He was very helpful to me. He was good about educating me through the process. That was the first house we sold and the second house we bought. He got a good price on it. It was an unusual circumstance. The house was kind of beat up. He gave us great resources. All the appointments were done electronically and I was always informed about them. The service that he uses calls you to set up the appointment and make sure its okay. That was a real nice feature. The only dislike that I have is that I went with the home inspector that he recommended and he missed a lot. The things that he missed cost us a lot of money. Other than that, both on the buying and selling I rate him as excellent.
