+ -1 moreI didn't go at all which is what the problem was. THEY SIMPLY NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICK UP THE CARPETS AFTER 10 CALLS!!
Description of Work: Well that's problem - I am totally bewildered by the positive previous reviews of this business, as two weeks after they were supposed to come and pick up my carpets they are still rolled up in the middle of my living room floor waiting for a return phone call. The initial call was pleasant enough but after at least ten tries to get them to actually pick up the carpets I give up. Now I'm stuck two weeks away from an event in my home with dirty rolled up carpets. I even tried theier "emergency" number and still nothing. Bottom line: Don't waste your time trying to do business with Middleton, take your business elsewhere.

Description of Work: Picked up three area rugs, cleaned rugs and delivered rugs. Very professional, punctual and respectful. Rugs look great - stains removed. The price was great especially considering pick up and drop off service. Would definitely use again.

+ -1 moreThe price seemed reasonable. I think they're responsible, punctual, and it's good that they're a family business. I felt like they could trust them, as they've worked for other members of my family.
Description of Work: They came in and they lifted the carpets, removed the padding, and put new padding in.
