+ -1 moreDid a great job. Arrived on time and came in with the best quote. Arrived on time for install and were clean (tarpped almost entire first floor) efficient and pleasant with my wife as I was at work until later. Stayed late until every thing was tested and working fine. Asked to come back following day to drain system, add cleaner and bleed radiators again as water was stinky. Assisted with forms for rebate from gas company.
Description of Work: Switched from oil boiler (summer winter hookup) to a gas boiler and gas 40 gal hot water. Installed new chimney liner and related exhaust duct work. Added gas hookups for both units with shut off valves from existing gas line. Re did all plumbing work related to boiler. Removed old boiler and some oil lines. Did not want oil tank removed at this time will follow up and have removed at later date.

+ -1 moreWe've been very pleased. Tom and his team arrive on time and get right to work. They are pleasant, answer questions and do an excellent job. That's why we have used them three times ... and will continue to do so. The minute we were able to get a gas log set for our fireplace, Tom arranged to install it. He wanted to be sure we got the benefit of the gas fireplace right away. He also told us to get it with a remote control device, which has been wonderful. Tom realizes this is not a 9-5 job and does his best to provide service when you need it.
Description of Work: Michael's HVAC was the company that did the work at the home we purchased and we continued a service contract with them. Michael's also has installed a gas log set for us, moved a thermostat, installed a programmable one, put in an outside filter rack so we could easily replace the HVAC filter and installed an external new a/c compressor.
