Fantastic Cleaning Service with Amazing People! I had such a wonderful experience with MC Cleaning! From the very beginning, Cida was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. She came to my house, evaluated what needed to be done, and gave me a very reasonable price that fit my budget. On 11/23/24 at 8:30am, Edna and Maria showed up and did an outstanding job! These ladies were thorough, efficient, and super friendly. They paid attention to every detail, leaving my home spotless and fresh, even tough I have a cat and dog and the house was full of hair. The bathroom and kitchen were shining, and the entire house felt brand new again! I couldn’t be happier with the results and the amazing customer service. If you’re looking for top notch cleaning at a fair price, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be calling them again!

I have only one problem, My wife's socials security card was missing after they left. .

Cida and her assistant were on time, worked hard and were pleasant.

They worked with lot of attention to each and every corner of the house and cleaned really well.

They were okay. They were honest. Generally they will bring two or three people with them. They showed up on time. Only one girl spoke english.

It went great. Two people came and cleaned my house top to bottom and it looks good. Usually, I have to clean behind cleaning people, but I didn't have to this time.

CIDA brought 2 others with her. Cost was based on 4 hours so they were at my home 1 /3/4. Brought her own equipment and supplies and showed me her bucket when leaving. They did a good job. But I found a FRIEND in need to do the same work.

good Kitchen appliances were not wiped down to my satisfaction.. Wall mirror in L/R was not included.

I contacted MC Cleaning Services to have a Move In/Move Out cleaning. I booked her for today. She was a no call/no show. When I tried to contact her to see if she was planning to come do the cleaning, it went to voicemail. I left a message and never received a response. I was forced to find a new cleaning service. In the end I'm glad she didn't show. I called Maid Pro who was MUCH cheaper than she was charging me, by over $100.

Cida and her partner did an excellent job. Their combined efforts would have taken me twice as long to do myself, and it wouldn't look half as professional of a job. Cida herself is also a riot. She had me laughing and smiling the entirety of her first visit. I would recommend MC Cleaning to friends/family members.

Very good, the apartment looks good as new. Cida was extremely professional and did a fantastic job of cleaning the place up.

The two women that provided house cleaning for me were incredibly thorough, detailed oriented, extremely professional, courteous, and punctual. The young lady that attended to the kitchen appliances and bathrooms was outstanding. She worked extremely hard and by the time she had finished the kitchen you could not tell if I had just purchased the appliances or if they were more than ten years old. The bathrooms were left in immaculate condition as a result of the outstanding job she did in those areas as well. Cida was the woman that did the dusting and vacuuming. I could not have been more pleased with the work that she did as well. She dusted all the wooden furniture and behind the curtains. The two women worked tirelessly and I could not have been more happier with their work. Their work ethic was outstanding. I would definitely hire the cleaning service again and would ask for these two women personally to conduct the service.

I was happy with the cleaning of living room, and dinning room, master bedroom. I was displeased with the Kitchen and Bathroom her helper didn't do a good job. I had to re scrub my kitchen floor and she didn't wipe down any appliances, food was still on the cabinet walls.I also had to re clean my bathroom, the tub and toilet was still dirty before she clean it and still dirty when she left the bathroom floor had to be scrub down with bleach and water.

Scheduling their services was easy - they called me right away to confirm the Angie's List deal, and to set up a date and time for the cleaning. They are very easy to reach, via phone, email, and text. Cida and her helper arrived as scheduled. They brought all their own cleaning supplies. They worked efficiently, and my house was sparkling when they were done. They were very personable, as well, and were very kind to my pets. Their pricing is reasonable! I will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

The condo smelled nice when I returned home from work. They even cleaned the inside of my Microwave oven!

Cida and her partner was on time and professional. They vacuum the upstairs, clean the bathroom, dust and wipe the window and blinds, and clean the kitchen. They were in and out in less than 2.5 hours.

Awesome job. I was very impressed. The crew was early and worked extremely hard to meet or exceed expectations. When we moved out, we left quite a large mess, and they did a phenomenal job of cleaning up and organizing things for us, Truly very pleased with how things went and would recommend them for future work as well. Very hardworking and conscientious.

her aboiI called her on Monday and She said she would be here on Friday at 9:30 am. I tried to call her on Wed-Thurs to reconfirm. She never called back. I was thrilled when she showed up Fri at 9:30 sharp with all her supplies. She and her partner cleaned the places I told her. They worked quickly and paid attention to detail. When I informed her about something her partner forgot it was quickly taken care of. She said she was sorry she missed it. I would definitely higher them again. They were terrific, and our apt was very clean.

Punctual and responsive but even more important did a thorough, excellent job. We are looking forward to using this service again.

Had to provide my own cleaning products (which I was not expecting), but job was well done.

2 cleaners completed 6 rooms including bathroom and kitchen in approx. 3 hrs.. removal of dust throughout - blinds, tile, hardwood floors, carpet, furniture Wiped down appliances in both bathroom and kitchen.

I purchased a big deal whole house clean for $119 we tried to schedule the service a few times but the service provider kept changing the date. Something about a new manager and he kept double booking clients so we ended up just getting a refund which was disappointing.
