Description of Work: Moved livingroom furniture to clean rug & baseboards; dusted. Told me everything she was going to do before she did it in case I had reservations re anything. Before leaving, Ceda even showed me her bag of cleaning supplies so I could see she didn't slip anything of mine in there. Pleasant, respectful, professional. It all went better than very well.

Description of Work: 2 women came to the house. One did not speak at all and the other who owns the business did all the talking. They did an ok job. I had to go over my floors downstairs with the shark and vacuum the bedrooms again (not sure if there was something wrong with vacumm. But they were very pleasant. Not sure they were worth money I paid for services and I tipped them. Doubt I would use them again.

 + -1 moreAfter several attempts to arrange a date and time, the cleaner and 2 managers showed up 2 hours early. We had not had a chance to pick up the areas to be cleaned. The deal called for $119 for "a comprehensive house cleaning for homes up to 2500 sq. ft." The managers insisted that we were asking them to clean more than 2500 sq. ft. When we moved in, about 3.5 years ago, the house was listed at 2600 sq. ft. In fact, if one adds up all of the living areas (other than bathrooms), I calculate about 2000 sq. ft. I asked them to honor the 2500 sq. ft. offer and even suggested that they skip 2 bedrooms (about 500 sq. ft.). I was told they would have to charge $250. Part of their argument was that "things would have to be moved". That is why we did not want them to come until 2 PM! I would like Angie to return my money immediately.

 + -1 moreCida and team did a wonderful job cleaning our house. We have a dog who sheds A LOT, and therefore we had a lot of dog hair and dust build up. When Cida was done, it was all gone!! She did an extremely thorough job - even vacuumed under the beds and cleaned all the hard to get to spots in our kitchen and other rooms throughout the house. Cida and team were so friendly and very responsive throughout the whole process. We were so happy with the complete house cleaning that we will be using Cida again in the future to come on a more regular basis. Thank you Cida and team for making our house spotless!

She took all of the cushions off the furniture and cleaned underneath everything. The house looked amazing by the time she was done. Cida even fed the our pet while she was here.
