This was a difficult paper/vinyl to work with in a two story stairwell. The wall covering is 52” wide, very heavy and stiff. Mayer was up to the challenge and did great work.

Mayer was great. His work is exact and impeccable, even around odd corners and spaces. He was even able to improvise when the wallpaper (which we bought before hiring him) had imperfections, making sure that everything looked great. He completed the work quickly, communicating what was being done throughout the process.

This man is an artist. The wall looks great and I could not be happier with the results. It was a small job I contacted him on a wed and he performed the work that Friday. He even did some things for me gratis and with out me asking. He patch a few places on the walls of the room not related to what I hired him for. Over all it was a great experience and I would hire him again in a heart beat.

Mayer did a fantastic job. He responded to my call within a day and came out to give us a very reasonable estimate. He came a few days later to install the wallpaper, and did a wonderful job. He had great attention to detail, as they even wallpapered the vents and outlet switches, so that the pattern matched perfectly. He and his colleague were very nice, and cleaned up and made sure everything was neat.

Everything he has done for me has always gone perfectly. During the work he was always punctual and very respectful to myself and my family. He kept his working area clean and most of all he is exceptionally trustworthy. For one particular job in our kitchen, he actually figured out a way to save us a lot of money by painting over some existing wallpaper that we had wanted to replace with paint and was still in good shape rather than scraping it down and removing it sanding it and then putting fresh paint on. When the job was finished you could not tell the difference. That job was done a few years back and it still in perfect shape.

I have been using Mayer Howard services for over 30 years. He is extremely reliable, trustworthy and his work is like art. I can always count on him to do a beautiful job. He will also come back to touch and perform repairs even years later. I highly recommend him for your next job!
