+ -1 moreThis company installed refrigerant lines for our new heating and cooling unit and did shoddy work that requires expensive repairs. They have been paid in full but are unresponsive to phone messages requesting them to fix their mistakes. The refrigerant lines VISIBLY leaked in multiple places and the brazings are heavily oxidized, bubbled and warped. The r-410a leaked out and the air conditioning system didn't blow cold air within weeks following installation. The gas switch and other components are still lying disassembled on the floor. They said that the system needed to run a bit and they would test it again to ensure the proper refrigerant charge. They added that they would be back within 1 or 2 days but never returned. I have called many times, but they have not returned phone messages.
Description of Work: This review is in regards to Matt Smith Heating & Air Conditioning Work Order Number: 1204176901 Dated April 17, 2012 Installed AC refrigerant line-set from attic unit to outdoor condenser and replace furnace gas switch.
