Description of Work: I hired Masters Roofing to replace my roof. The job was completed 2 months ago. I have on numerous occassions requested an invoice for the work completed, but they have neglected to provide me such invoice. I refuse to pay this company until an invoice is received. The General Manager, who was also my salesperson, discussed with another homeowner in my area my neglect to pay them, but didn't inform this other homeowner the reason behind it. This was extremely unprofessional. I have never had a contracting service perform work, and give me such a hard time about a final invoice. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

 + 1 moreHe cleaned up well and is very nice. He is pleasant to work with, if there is anything you don't like, he will work with you. He's always on time, if anything ever comes up, he will give you a call. He is very reasonable and will work with you on the pricing. The work is really top notch. I have had him do work in the past as well and will use him in the future.
Description of Work: He did roof and gutter cleaning and serviced all of the flashing on the roof. He added new aluminum fiber coating on my flat roof. He caulked and sealed all of the metal facia.
