I did most of the leg work myself. I'd look for homes in the area myself and then call Marilyn to show it to me. VERY difficult considering we were mot local. She never had any suggestions for homes we should see. many times she couldn't find time to show me a home. And would never show more than two in a day - a real struggle considering the distance we would travel. One home - she couldn't find time to show us so we had to go to open house. After the open house, I was interested but she showed no interest in helping us make an offer - speaking with the owner's agent on our behalf. or anything. Elfant Wissahickon has wonderful agents! We bought a home thru them - with another agent - and that was heavenly!

It went really well. I felt that she was truthful from the get go and wasn't telling me what I wanted to hear.

Great. Marilyn understood what we were looking for and helped us find several houses in our price range. Marilyn was helpful, punctual and professional.

She was very unavailable for an out of town house hunter. She did not give me great information. I had to spoke with another realtor and they said she was giving my false/bad information. She was very pushy to buy any house that really didn’t meet my needs. The inspector reported, that she had provided this great deal that she found, was actually a really bad deal. She called me Impossible so we opted out of the contract.

I had good experience with them. I have no complains about them. They were great. They were able to match the work time while searching for the house. They served our requirements and helped us. They made the deal more reasonable and helped us close it in an impossible time. The quality of their work was excellent. I would recommend them to other people. I would use them in the future.

In looking for a house both Neil Kugelman and Marilyn Silberstein helped me tremendously, guiding this first-time home buyer through the process patiently. Neil helped us deal with legal issues with our former landlord with brilliant advice that saved us a fortune in legal fees and/or complying with the landlord's demands and Marilyn went into an area she was not totally familiar with (Delaware County) and still seemed to know exactly what we wanted and could afford and helped us get into a ;perfect home for us!

Great! She listened to what we were looking for and really understood our needs. We saw a total of 8 houses and 3 were very good candidates to choose from. She also worked hard in negotiations to get us the house we bid on. She is no nonsense and very responsive.
