Description of Work: I used Marilyn's real estate services for Chestnut Hill and Mt Airy in 2013 I live in South Jersey nearly a hour and half from Chestnut Hill. Marilyn never seemed to understand the distance I was travelling. Our first visit to look at properties, I had a list of properties but she made me pick less than 5 - saying I would be overwhelmed. Many times she had attitude - clearly the home I was looking for wasn't her style. One home - was outside our area - she convinced us to see saying it was priced too high and needed a kitchen. When I agreed to see it, she sent us to an open house because she couldn't find time to show it. Then when we said we were interested she had no interest in showing us the house again. She also denied she said it was priced too high. She had no interest in answering or investigating answers to questions we had, so the house finally sold to someone else. Thankfully I never signed a contract with her. The listing criteria she selected for us was ALL wrong. We missed all kinds of fixer-uppers and she actually refused to show us homes in Chestnut Hill - saying they were out of our price range. She is the worst.
