+ -1 moreSolo realty is a wonderful small agency. We were referred to Deborah Solo, who showed us some houses in Northern Liberties and Bella Vista/Queen Village. When we narrowed our search to the southern neighborhoods, we switched agents to Margaret Barnes-DelColle, who was more familiar with that specific area. Margaret was incredible to work with. She's super-nice, honest, and knows the area well. There was never a hard-sell. She talked us out of several places that I'm now sure we would not have been happy with. We were on a really tight budget, and we changed our search criteria several times, and she was very patient. She showed us a million houses, some more than once. We wrote up several offers and were outbid since we were on the aforementioned tight budget. In short, we were nightmare clients, and she stuck with us until we found the perfect place. Then she helped us with contractor referrals. I strongly recommend Margaret and Solo.
