My Whirlpool washer was extremely loud in the spin cycle. Jim was honest on the phone, explaining that he was 99.9% sure it would be the main bearing and the repair cost was not justified on a 10 year old washer. His honesty cost him a service call fee. Jim Manton will be our appliance repair go to from now on!

Excellent took about 20 minutes very clean and respectful repairmen. I have used them 3 times and they always fix the problem and never have any issues afterwards. I highly recommend this company you won’t be sorry.

My experience with this company from start to finish was exceptional! I left a message due to issues with my dryer. I received a call back promptly, scheduled a same day appointment, they arrived on time within the scheduled window, very friendly, and were informative as to what the issue was and what work was being done to correct it. I felt their pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service for their appliances. It was a pleasure!

Called them in the morning and they were able to come out right before lunch. Had the parts in their truck. Fixed the dryer in no time. I have used them in the past and they are wonderful. Highly recommend.

Left a message which was returned within a few hours, set up an appointment for the next day to see about my dryer that took forever to dry. They showed up well within the time frame that they gave me. Workers were very friendly and professional, everything that they were going to do was thoroughly explained to me. They were very fast, efficient, and clean. The price seems very reasonable the amount of work that was done. Dryer is now working perfectly. I would definitely call this company again for any Appliance work that I need.

Second time I called this great organization. First time was years ago for a washer which they did a wonderful job on. Today (01/25/19) it was our 16 year old Kenmore gas clothes dryer which would not produce heat. I left a message to call on my cell but somehow my cell phone number was garbled. Mr Manton was persistent enough to look through his old records for my name and found my home phone and called immediately. Came right out, diagnosed the problem and repaired it all the while being pleasant, professional and a joy to work with. I would recommend these folks in a heartbeat. True professionals.

called and left message for service. owner got back to me sameday. made appointment for next day which is today.tim was right on time and pleasant as it gets.cleaned burners and talked with my wife about another project.we will setup appointment for next week.we are very pleased with fast response and service and will use them for any appliance repairs in the future.we highly recommend manton appliance repair.

Amazing!! Quality customer service and knowledgeable technicians for a great price! After one call to Manton's Appliance Service, at 9 AM, I was told that a tech would be out between 1 PM and 4PM. I was shocked by the quick turnaround time. Not only did the tech, Tim show up on time, but he helped me pull all of my food out of the fridge! After finding the problem and replacing a bad fan (all within 1 hour), he even offered to help put my food back lol. I highly recommend Tim and Manton's for your appliance needs.

I am definitely pleased with the service and professionalism I received from Manton Appliance Services. I had a broken garbage disposal that I tried to get my landlord to fix for several weeks. By the time Manton Appliance Services arrived I was beyond frustrated by the entire situation. That all changed when Manton Appliance Services arrived both Jim and Tim were empathetic of the situation and worked efficiently to ensure I could return to work. I've had work done by them before and because they were honest and did a good job, I've hired them for my washer and dryer and this time for the refrigerator. They did a great job and are very nice to deal with. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Excellent service, priced fairly. First visit was to determine repair requirement and provide an estimate with cost of that visit applied to the repair cost. Repair was completed upon receipt of the required part within days of estimate. Timely in that it was not an emergency situation. Service was performed well, and more than competitively priced. Found this company to be a professional, customer service focused provider.

I called them at approximately 9:30 a.m. to get an appointment for service to my gas dryer. I was given a window of 12 noon to 2:00p.m. They arrived at 11:55 am. I told them that the dryer suddenly stopped in the middle of a cycle and could not be turned back on again. They immediately went to work. They replaced some old belts and other parts and had the dryer up and running in about one hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are very professional and respectful as well as very knowledge about fixing most appliances. I have been with them since 2005 .

I have an extended warranty and Mantone was referred to me as the service provider. They called and set up the time that was convenient to me and called when they were on the way. They arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They gave me advice on how to avoid the failure in the future. They also told me how much I had saved by having the warranty insurance. I was liable for only $75 for the service call, and the part alone that was replaced cost $135, so I saved big time. I would recommend Mantone to anyone who needs washing machine appliance service because of their timeliness, communications, and respectful service people.
