+ 0 moreThey get you scheduled very efficeiently. They come in a marked truck. They are competitive with reasonable pricing, and courteous. They let you know if they are going to be late, and if they say they are coming, they come. They very professional appearing.
Description of Work: I noticed my heating was not working well. It was a $75.00 fee to come out. They replaced my flame sensor.

+ -1 morethey told me the leak was small and that i could get 4 weeks of air , until my surgery and move and I was ok with that, then after they put in the freon and tested a 2nd time , the leak was bigger than thought/first seen. my house was 10 degrees cooler until they drove off in their truck with my check. Now I know why they wouldnt take a credit cards!!! ugh.
Description of Work: I really hoped i could give them a good review but 5 minutes after taking my check of $135.00 and leaving my house the freon stopped working , so I paid 80.00 for freon for nothing&it's still 100 degrees in my house. It would have been ok if they just charged$55.00 for the service call and told the "whole truth". i.e.The Freon will only work for 5 minutes, sucka!

+ -1 moreThey showed up ahead of schedule. It was a really tough install. They were in by 7:30am and out by 4pm. They cleaned up really well. We were very happy. We hadn't used them before but we will be using them again.
Description of Work: We had a whole new A/C and Furnace put in.

+ 0 moreThey did an excellent job. My house has cement on the floor. They had to drill down, go down the basement and put the stack pipe. It took about three or four days. I don’t think that their price was too low. They were very responsive and very professional.
Description of Work: I used M. Hughes Plumbing Heating and Cooling about a year and a half ago. They did a lot of work. They put a stack pipe and furnace in.
