Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

At first, everything seemed to be fine, however the air vents were not providing heat and I discovered that the vents were not properly reconnected to the ductwork in the ceilings. Two vents had no air flow and the covers fell out of the ceilings in two different rooms. I had to purchase new flaps in order to properly reinstall and reconnect the vents to the hvac system.

Work done as requested. Estimate given for chimney liner.

He arrived on time. Really appreciated that he left shoes at the door without me asking. Very respectful, very easy to work with, very focused on doing the job right. A true professional. I could tell a difference in the air quality in my house before he even left. A good deal for good work.

Promptly scheduled the appointment and was given a 12pm - 2pm window. They arrived at 2pm. Job was done in an hour. Very professional and cleaned up totally. Excellent and would recommend.

The whole process took 1 1/2 hours. Because the vacuum came from inside their truck, I had to leave my back door open so a vacuum could be run throughout the house. Fortunately, it was cool outside. If the weather was warmer all sorts of flies and bugs would be coming into the house from the back door being left open. When the technician left I found dust and debris on the lid of my washer machine which is right under the vent in the basement. I had to use a hand vacuum to remove it. My sister found dust and debris on her bedroom night stand which is under a return. I came to realize the only vent covered was the kitchen vent. The rest of the vents and returns were not covered and that is why there was dust and debris. There was also a dust smell in the living and dining rooms and I had to use an electric air purifier for 24 hours to get rid of the smell. When I cleaned the filter this morning, it was dirty. This is the first time I used a vent cleaning service that used a truck vacuum and not the rotary brush portable device.

Great, they showed up on time and took half the day. All was cleaned up afterwards too.

It did not. I had to call them to schedule. When the driver arrived he was unable to perform the service because I live in a condo. I explained this to the person when the appointment was scheduled. She told me that it would be no problem. They still charged my credit card for the service.

They were terrific. The technician noticed that my dryer vent was broken and looked for the area of the break and fixed it for me for free! To me, he went above and beyond the call of duty. Scheduling was easy and they arrived early and spent time and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic! This was my first time getting ducts cleaned and Danny was very helpful with any questions we had. Danny did a great job cleaning the vents. In addition, he had useful suggestions on how our ducts and dryer vent system could be running more efficiently. He also realigned the vent so that the air could flow more efficiently. He didn't show up on time either. He wasn't particularly professional when he showed up.

I don't remember having an issue with it. The tenant thought it was done well and thanked me for getting it done. She didn't tell me anything negative. I found out afterwards that they left some of the ducts undone. They said they don't do it manually.

Outstanding!!!! The service was wonderful- the service person showed up on time and called me before to let me know when he would get here. He was so professional and worked non-stop for hours!! He cleaned every single vent in my house and I have a large house. He moved the furniture around them and was so gentle with my furniture and knick knacks ( I have alot of them). He showed us the incredible amount of dust and hair in my outlet vents and it was scary- no wonder I have been suffering so much from my allergies. He stayed a long time and never took a single break- just worked non-stop. He stayed much longer than I thought he would but he told us he needed to finish the job completely. He was respectful and courteous and was just the type of person you always hope will show up to do work in your house and you so rarely get. Last night I slept better and with much less congestion than I have had in years. I am just delighted with this service and will absolutely use them again.

We had an excellent experience. The technician was thorough and polite. He even found a report card in one of the vents from the 1970's! He went over the whole system with me, including the filter system we have and told us where to purchase the unusual filter we needed to replace. I know the job took more than the typical time because of the degree of muck in our system, however, the technician was careful and professional the whole time. He left the furnace area clean when he left.

The agent (I think his name was Serge I could be wrong) was prompt and professional. He brought in all of his equipment being thoughtful of my hard wood floors. It takes some time to set up and once he began explained to me what he was doing and why. He had to cut 2 wholes in my vents near the HVAC unit. When he was done he repaired the wholes to my satisfaction. He set up a giant suction machine then covered the intake vents. Then He started blowing high pressure air into the vents. The agent Identified a gap in my large intake duct and repaired it at no cost. He pointed out some flaws the builder made. I requested the service to clean out my dryer vent, however the agent pointed out the way it was piped created a fire hazard and because of that he could not perform the task and would be happy to get me a refund. This was the first time I had my vents cleaned. I can't say the house smells different but it makes me feel better knowing my house is cleaner. The agent did mention that this company can repair my dryer vent but in now way did I feel like it was a pitch. The only thing I would do differently in the future is skip the sanitizer. It is a just a squirt bottle followed by a burst of air.
