Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts - Greta job - Angie's list covered one system we have two but they did second system at same rate. Appreciated that.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the air duct work and the clothes dryer vent duct. We have a single HVAC system and two story house. Their large vacuum equipment was taken to the basement and connected to the duct. If I had known in advance how large their vacuum would be I would have cleared a path before arrival. Overall we were completely satisfied with the service and the price.

Description of Work: Clean all the air ducts plus the dryer vent.

Description of Work: They were difficult to schedule. Scheduler was rude. Thought they serviced heater too. My misunderstanding but the person that came couldn't even help me locate the filter. I just bought home. This was not his job however makes me wonder how qualified they are to be cutting holes in vents. I also came up to loose bits of plaster off my bathroom ceiling. I still can't fathom how that happened. The service worker did arrive on time. He was friendly and polite. He told me step by step what he was going to do. Will not use them again for several reasons the most practical being that you can get a better price with a company that will service heater as well as clean vents.

Description of Work: The air duct cleaning went well. However the installer told me that one of my heat pump units needed new air filters, which wasn't true. He also failed to flip the switch that would turn the filters back on (probably because he didn't know it existed), so that I had to call our heat pump guys out to operate the air conditioning. The ducts themselves were cleaned thoroughly.

Description of Work: The technician showed up a half hour late but called me to let me know. I was fine with that. He explained the entire job and stopped along the process to show me exactly how much dirt and dust he was removing. He left my house in the same condition he found it. He cleaned everything up and put everything back in it's place. I was fully satisfied with the job.
