Everything went great. Juan arrive promptly and did a thorough job. He spent nearly three hours doing a complete cleaning. I was concerned that one duct might be clogged, but he showed me a video showing it was clear. He worked neatly and cleanly and was very professional.

Great experience with Lowe's today. I hired them to do an air duct cleaning and clothes dryer vent cleaning and couldn't be happier. The serviceman was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. He was able to fish a camera through the part of the heating system so I could see the build-up of dirt and dust that has accumulated over the years. He also showed me video of how it looked after the cleaning. Amazing! Thanks Lowe's!

I thought I was going to see a video of before & after but I did not. So I have a hard time knowing if the work was done well as I didn't really see if the vents and heater were clean. The man was very nice and came right on time and went to work with hoses. He also cleaned my dryer vent for free he said. He did not know that I had already paid the $159 and had to call about that. I wish he had told us more of what he was doing. I just don't know how I feel as I have nothing to judge if the work was great. After reading the reviews, I feel like I should have followed him around and asked questions.

It appears they did a good job of getting all of the dust and dirt out of my air ducts. I can confirm this because all of the debris was on my furniture, floors, draperies etc. I did not notice this until later in the day. My wife and I spent 3 hours cleaning, after having worked all day. I had the same type of service performed by another provider about 10 years ago and did not have the same result with having to clean. I have to assume this is not normal and is very irresponsible.
