Description of Work: Company provided cleaning of heating system and vents. They were very clean, quick, and professional. I had purchased a coupon that was honored, but because the house has two systems and more vents than what the coupon was for, we arranged for an updated price that included the coupon. Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was done.

Description of Work: Air duct cleaning - 2 units. The service was great and the method used to clean the vents seemed to be consistent with standard approaches. Judging from dust settling on the furniture between cleanings, the dust level in the home seems to have gone down considerably. No up selling involved. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them as well.

Before buying the offer I checked with them about what exactly was included and because this was for my parents, I didn't want them pressured into buying anything additional. The response to my questions was quick and included the magic words "we don't upsell". | |The tech (Joe) called in advance as promised and arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous, explained exactly what to expect, and took time to answer all my father's questions. He went about his business as explained and we felt very comfortable with him in the house. Getting around the house was probably "a little" challenging, but it didn't seem to phase Joe at all. | |I have been skeptical about the vent cleaning, but my father wanted it. When I saw the dirt and clogged filter that came out of the suction device Joe used, I am now a believer!

Description of Work: The technician first looked at the furnaces, located every vent and discussed what he would do. He took pictures before and after cleaning the ducts and vents. He showed me the pictures so that I was able to see the pre and post condition of the duct work. The technician, Constantine, was competent and personable and he did a very good job. I would definitely use Lowe's again for duct work.
