They were very responsive and completed the work in a timely fashion. They were very friendly and provided me with some needed information in regards to my current system. Overall they provided a pretty solid service.

Jim was informative and terrifically customer friendly, he went through all the steps in figuring out what the problem was with our barely two year old furnace. Replacement of the motor was needed, and Jim checked warranty and it was still under warranty! A big savings for us! Thank you Jim!

They responded quickly to my home because I did not have heat. They identified the problem and gave me my options and quoted me the prices for each. I chose to replace my furnace. They said they would have a new one installed in two days and did as they promised for the price they quoted. I am very happy with their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

Showed up on time - did a great job

L&J responded quickly to my request and had great communication. They arrived on time and got right to work. My stars are lacking simply because my heat wasn?t really fixed and I needed to pay $145 when all they wound up doing was jumping the heater wire and telling me they think my thermostat has an issue or wasn?t installed properly. Shouldn?t a heating professional that you?re paying $145 to be able to diagnose and fix that issue as well? So now I?m waiting for another service to come out because I just can?t be without heat. Again, they were very responsive and friendly. They seem to be knowledgeable , I just didn?t have my issue fixed and paid a good chunk of money.

Jim showed up as scheduled and has a wealth of knowledge regarding HVAC. He was courteous, easy to talk to and did not try and sell me on any more than what was needed. He was someone I trusted from the first meeting.

We had set up an appointment and Jim never showed nor did he respond to my calls and text messages. Disappointing.

Honest and expert company. I knew what the AC problem was. I spoke to Jim over the phone and he knew right away what the problem was as well. His focus was not to upsell my problem or charge me a bunch of upfront fees. He fixed mjy problem and charged a fair price and now my house is cool and breathable again. I highly recommend L&J and I will absolutely use this company again.

HE WAS ON TIME,COURTIOUS AND POLITE!

I thought when I first met Jim he was nice. He was looking at my heater he told me it was one part then he said no I think it's this part. When asked well how much does this cost he said it's expensive around $450.00. Then he said well maybe it's not that once he touched another part he said it could be this. He got the heater going just good enough for him to get out the door. The heater shut off and never came back on. When I contacted him he want to trouble shoot over the phone. Then he said he would not be able get get back to my house because he had other jobs. Now I paid him $165.00 and I still don't have any heat. When I contacted home advisors and I complained about this man Jim. He called me and he wanted to argue with me . He started yelling at me. Not professional at ALL. He said to me that it wasn't his faught that I was having a mechanical problem. Just think I paid this person for poor customer service. I Will not recommend this company to anyone
