I scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation email but apparently someone forgot to put my job on the schedule. I called to confirm the day of my appointment and was told I had not been put on thw schedule. A woman informed me that I would be called back but no one ever followed up. I had to do a deep clean myself so i could list my house for sale😡

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah and her team! They are excellent. She worked with us to come up with an affordable plan for bi-weekly housekeeping services. They do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Sarah Martino is professional, soft spoken, adaptable, and on task to accomplish goals. She asked what we wanted and was willing to proceed as instructed. She was courteous, proud of her natural products, presented with PPE, including booties for her shoes, and worked non-stop while on the clock. She maintained contact via text/phone and was even willing to share a before and after picture as requested. I like that she utilizes quick books for billing/payment. We would definitely use her again. She came twice for a total of 8 hours and we would definitely recommend her based on our personal experience. This was not just a cleaning project- so the money charged was fair, and she did not shy away from accepting this task. Having a stranger in one's home can be uncomfortable, but that was not the case. Great job Sarah! Thank you!
