Went great. As usual, a very professional job.

Electrician was on time and completed his services in a timely fashion. He employed good in-house etiquette, as he made sure not to track dirt in from the outside and thoroughly cleaned up. To this point, there hasn't been any difficulty with his services and everything works exactly as it should. Would recommend to anyone asking about this contractor.

Theo was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable . He's coming back to do more work for us and we couldn't be happier with our selection for an electrician. So glad we joined Angie's List.

Linde Electric was absolutely amazing! From the moment Theo came to give me an estimate he provided thoughts and recommendations to help my home be more energy efficient all while achieving my goal of better lighting. He offered an extremely fair price, and it only got better from there. Theo arrived on time every day, was very mindful of my home (shoe covers, drop clothes, the works) and worked quickly. On a personal note, Theo is extremely friendly and was a pleasure to chat with. I would recommend Linde Electric any day of the week!

Theo arrived on time. He was polite and friendly. He had given me an estimate on the phone and after looking at the situation, verified the fee. His work was neat and clean and he properly patched any holes or spaces left uncovered. He was a pleasure to do business with. I have since used him to mount a lighting fixture in my kitchen and would not hesitate to call him with any other of my electrical needs.

I had Theo do work on my South Philly row home on several occasions. He was always punctual, gave me an accurate estimate, cleaned up any mess he made while he was working and in general did a wonderful job. When I was upgrading my kitchen and doing some wiring myself, I called him to ask some questions and he patiently walked me through what I needed to do. He is a dream contractor - does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to do it, for the price he said it was going to be. You really couldn't ask for a whole lot more.

Theo is a great electrician. He is extremely friendly, punctual, and clean. He originally came to our house on a Saturday to review the work and to give us an estimate. We knew that our home wiring was not up to "code," and needed to get the circuit breaker box replaced. We scheduled an appointment with Theo for a couple of weeks out. On the day of the appointment, he arrived when he said he would and got to work. By the end of the day, the circuit breaker box was completely replaced and everything was functioning properly. On that day, he also investigated a number of different electrical issues that we raised. Having a great experience with Theo on the first day, we decided to move forward with the second major project (Theo had given us an estimate for this on the end of the first day) - re-wiring the stairway lighting system. The electrician who originally installed the stairway lighting system must have had no idea what he was doing. There are light fixtures on each of the three floors and switches on each floor. The switch on the first floor controlled all three lights. However, the switch on the second floor controlled only the second floor light and the switch on the third floor controlled only the third floor light. Therefore, we couldn't turn all of the lights on from the second or third floors and if the switches on the second and/or third floors were in the "off" position, if we turned on the switch from the first floor, only the first floor light would go on. Needless to say, it was a mess. We scheduled an appointment for Theo to come out to fix the stairway lighting system a couple weeks after the first appointment. Theo came when he said he would and replaced the entire lighting system in the stairway with a 4-way system, so now we can turn on and off all three lights from any floor. This is a major improvement. Also on the second day, Theo re-wired a light fixture and switch in a bedroom. The connections had been loose, leading to the light blowing the circuit breaker from time to time. Since this was fixed, we have not had a problem with the circuit breaker. After day two, we scheduled an appointment for Theo to come out to do some more work about a week after the second appointment. Theo came when he said he would and did a lot of smaller jobs on day 3. He re-wired a light fixture in our basement, installed a wired doorbell system, re-wired the light fixture next to the front door and installed a new light timer switch for that light. Finally, we ran wires through the walls for our alarm system (Theo said that he does not do alarm system work, but he was more than happy to run the wires for us so we could hook up the alarm system ourselves). All in all, we had three great experiences with Theo. The only real problem with Theo is that he is so good, friendly, and efficient, that he is in high demand. He seems to be booked up for about two weeks at a time. But, given the quality of his work, he is well worth the wait.

Theo was prompt and professional. He put on shoe covers when he entered our home, and brought his own drop cloth to use when he drilled the holes for the new chiming mechanism. He was courteous and answered all of our many questions honestly and politely. He was neat and efficient; we did not have to clean up a thing. (Yeah!) Overall, we were very pleased with his preparedness, wealth of knowledge, and good advice. We will be doing some future work, and we will definitely call him again.

Great experience with Theo. I called him on a Friday, and he arranged to see me on that Saturday. He was punctual - on time. Very professional and courteous. Resolved everything quickly and efficiently. Came equipped to solve all problems. Impressed by his attention to keeping everything clean and organized (brought his own drop cloth). I will certainly call on Theo again for my electrical needs.

It went very well. Theo came out and gave me an estimate. When I was ready to book, he was able to fit me in that same week. Very quick.

I had two old and messy breaker boxes... some of the lines were double-tapped and the boxes were small and lacking space to expand. Initially, I was planning on upgrading my service to cover the additional load of central air. After crunching the numbers, Theo informed me that my current service was fine - I did not need to upgrade. (He was the only contractor out of three to admit this, the other's just wanted the bigger job) We did agree however that my breaker boxes should be replaced. I asked for the 30-slot ones for each box (2). He arrived on time as planned and stayed until the job was completed, (a little less than a full day). He replaced the old board behind the boxes and ensured the ground spike was secure. He reconnected all of the old lines into the new boxes neat and clean. There was no mess. And the finished product looked good. Theo's attitude and professionalism is excellent. He even added a GFCI outlet by the breakers for general use at no additional cost. In the end, I think I could have gotten a slightly better price for the job, but I felt it was worth it for the quality and the experience of dealing with an honest and profesional person such as Theo. You can't go wrong with this guy!

I called Theo in the morning, he got there by the afternoon, he was VERY prompt, friendly and explained everything he was doing. Excellent experience. I hope not to have any electrical problems in the near future, but if I did, I would definitely use Linde Electric again!

Theo came on time with all of the equipment that e needs and rewired a bathroom exhaust fan that was originally done in the 1940's. He replaced all of the bad wires and clearly marked everything for the future. He installed the fan/ceiling light and cleaned up. You would never have known that repair work was done!

It went great. We were actually out of town when he did it. He came early in the morning. He was very good with keeping us up to date with the work he was doing. When we got home you couldn't even tell he had been her. He has good follow up on his project. He is very easy to hold and he will work you in to his schedule as he can.
