+ -1 moreI have used Len for many years & his work is excellent. I have now moved to Central Bucks but still go to him for any auto body work.
Description of Work: I was involved in a car accident on 12/26/2010 on the PA turnpike. AAA is not allowed to tow from here. Rob's took my car to Bensalem. I called Len next day to retreive my car from them. My car was totaled by insurance adjusters. Len finished cleaning out my car for me.

+ -1 moreReceived an estimate on repairing the damage and gave the truck to them two days later. They had the truck completed in a total of four days, as promised. Dealt with the owner, Len and also had contact with an employee, Dave. Both men were gentlemen and treated the customer well. Obtained two other estimates for the work; one was slightly higher and did not include a last minute additional repair that I asked Len to do. The third estimate (from a shop that I had used in the past) was off the wall high; more than double Len's price. All three body shops were told that the cost of repairs was out of my pocket, without any insurance company involvement. Len seemed to be the only one that took that into consideration.
Description of Work: The company repaired and painted my truck in three places, replaced a light unit and a rubber bumper strip in accordance with their previous estimate.
