+ -1 moreThe owner was amazing! He was kind and professional. He made a few suggestions to ensure the light fixture is safe for install. And he finished the work early; because he was going on vacation and didn’t want to make us wait the week he originally estimated. That says a lot. We’ve referred our friends and we will be taking all of our finds in for a once over. We’re reatoring a six bedroom colonial so that should keep him busy. Thanks a ton from Ena and Roland. The light looks fab in our kitchen.
Description of Work: My husband and I took in a great little chandelier we found at habitat for humanity restore.

+ -1 moreI took my favorite floor lamp in for repair. The service was courteous, and the lamp was finished a week before the due date. The price was very fair, and since it was stained glass, well worth it. The location was easy to get to from center city. Would definitely use again.

Easy location off of Route 95; spotless showroom for new lamps and lampshades; we were able to wait for our repair from a knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend. We will definitely be going back to replace our lampshades and to purchase new lamps. What a pleasure!
Description of Work: We took an old lamp in for repair. It always flickered and we were worried about safety issues. The technician was knowledgeable and was able to show us what was the problem.

+ -1 moreI took the lamp to the Lamp and Shade Outlet for repair and it was a very positive experience. They very willingly repaired it while I waited, which was only about 10 minutes. The lamp now functions perfectly. The price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: My green glass desk lamp broke where I couldn't turn the lamp on and off by pulling the chain. It needed to be fixed and/or replaced. I called the store and they said it would be an easy job. If I brought the lamp to their location they would repair it while I waited.
