He first worked on the shingles, had the garage reframed. He installed a used window frame that was not installed properly, so the window locks don't meet. A wall in the same room was leaking, he removed the wall, insulation and everything, and allegedly removed mold, however the wall started to leak again, back to what it was before. In the office, he installed a new window frame, wanted is coming out tough the window. Underneath the window cell, he put a lot of spackle and shaped it to look like a window cell in the same room there is a smaller window at the side, there was a leak that needed to be repaired, he allegedly repaired it but its leaking again There was a crack in the wall that was not fixed, only spackled over. Nothing was measured properly, he is not taking my calls anymore. everything he did went wrong, and I could shave off the work that he did on the shingles, but I don't have any way of knowing if that work is going to last.

Bret was quick to respond. He was able to come out within a few days. It’s hard to get paintings positioned just right, but he patiently took my input. He even re-adjusted two that weren’t exactly how I wanted them. Excellent handyman!

Everything went smoothly. He listened to my concerns and did the necessary repairs on cabinet drawers and doors to restore better operation.

Work started on time and everything went well. the work completed in less than a day. Bret did have to come back to paint the bathroom ceiling since the spackle had to dry overnight. This actually was the 2nd time I used Bret and his brother since I was happy with the work they did back in October 2022.

It went great. Brett showed up when he said he would and immediately went to work as agreed. Any parts or supplies that I forgot to purchase Bret Supplied and did not increase his price. I even called him back a few days later to do other small tasks that came up as I was repairing an apartment for rental. I recommend Bret since he was very easy to work with and was flexible with most methods of payment. I recommend Bret and will definitely use him again with other apartments I own.

Things went well. Brett & Shane were able to get out and take care of several things for me. I needed to complete the scraping and painting of outside rails, fill cracks in concrete steps and repaint patio. These jobs were completed. I also got my questions addressed regarding other projects. Cost was reasonable.

Spoke to Bret who advised that he would come by to clear the clog., he used a short snake to try and clear out the clog.. with water still standing in the sink, he sealed the pipe with a sealant provided and said that the standing water would go down in a few. He spent roughly an one hour and half mostly talking and suggested that the water company be called. He was paid $120. Leaving the standing water in the sink

Great, the technician was on time, got straight to his work and did a fantastic job of getting the old chandelier down and the new one up in no time flat. He even took away the old Chandelier. He was fantastic and I would have him back anytime I needed handyman services. Thank them very much for me.

The Lafty bros are absolutely the best!!!! They did a fabulous job on my house and were very helpful in many ways... lots of little unexpected things popped up and they were extremely willing to help me where needed!! I can't recommend these guys enough.... I wish I could give them more than just five stars!!!!! So thankful I found them..... I was so pleased with how my walls and trim and ceiling looked after they completed the job.. I found their rates very reasonable as well. A ++++++ very reliable and trustworthy!!
