Everything went as planned a little setbacks but everything turned out great.

Koncrete Jungle certainly exceeded my expectations. They were professional, non intrusive, neat, timely and affordable. They went the extra mile by contacting and working along with my city's code enforcement department from initial pour to final product. Their team was present from dawn to sunset to ensure a quality project. The finished sidewalk and curb looks amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone requiring masonry / concrete work done.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the services provided by Koncrete Jungle Resurfacing, specifically the work carried out by Marcel McDonald on September 6, 2023. The primary issue stems from the concrete resurfacing job Mr. McDonald performed on my property, particularly the steps outside. Not only did the concrete stain that was applied cause substantial damage to my property, but it also affected my neighbor's property, contrary to the assurances given by Mr. McDonald that the stain would wash away within a week. Unfortunately, it has been well beyond that timeframe, and the stains persist, leading to a significant and ongoing inconvenience for both myself and my neighbor. Furthermore, I am distressed by Mr. McDonald's refusal to rectify the damages caused. Despite repeated requests for him to address the issue and restore our properties to their pre-service condition, he has shown a lack of accountability and responsibility. This lack of professionalism is deeply troubling. Additionally, I was taken aback by Mr. McDonald's unprofessional and retaliatory communication. In a text message, he explicitly stated that he would not do a good job because I canceled a second job for brick pointing after his team failed to show up for three consecutive days. Such a response is both unbecoming of a professional service provider and entirely unprofessional. I believe in fair and transparent business practices, and as a paying customer, I expected to receive the quality of service promised during our initial agreement. The damages incurred and the lack of resolution thus far are not only disappointing but also unacceptable. I kindly request that Koncrete Jungle Resurfacing takes immediate action to rectify the damages caused to my property and my neighbor's property. Additionally, I urge the company to address the unprofessional conduct displayed by Mr. McDonald. If the matter is not promptly resolved, I may have no choice but to explore alternative avenues to seek redress, which may include legal action and reporting the incident to relevant consumer protection agencies. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Koncrete Jungle did a phenomenal job. They went above and beyond my dream and expectation for the work on my patio, steps and sidewalk. Their dedication and pride in their work showed in the finished project. I am beyond satisfied with the work. Every time I'm outside and see my patio I can't help but smile for the work they did. They always kept me informed of any issues or concerns. I would definitely hire them for future projects.

This company was amazing. Marcel with Koncrete Jungle was so professional and so detailed with his work. He had a great crew of workers and they were all very efficient. I am so proud of the work that was done. We are getting so many compliments on our driveway. Everything that Marcel said he was going to do was done correctly and completely. I have referred him to my family members and would recommend him to everyone. Nice guy and great worker. He even came on the weekend to work because we had an upcoming event and needed the driveway completed. I want to thank Angi for the recommendation.
