Kevin was great! He was always there when we had to call him with any questions. And always responded to any email inquiries we had. He came with his boxing gloves on to fight for us on our behalf. I would recommend Kevin to all my friends and family members.

Kevin was extremely patient with me and my ever changing situation throughout this WHOLE process. He took me to see several properties until I had decided on one in particular. He worked hard at negotiating with the sellers to get me the best deal possible. When we ran into an issue with my mortgage because of the fact that I work with a contractor. Kevin worked hard looking for possible solutions and ultimately found me a new lender who would approve me after 6 months of work under my new contracted position. After having been to the drawing table several times negotiating, Kevin went back to the owners and proposed a 'rent to own' type scenerio where I could rent the property until the 6 months were up. Thankfully, the owners were very motivated to sell and Kevin was able to negotiate an agreement. I honestly felt bad for Kevin for all the times things had to be fixed or we ran into a problem, but he took it like a champ, always with a smile, never complained, always professional and sweet. Not only is Kevin VERY knowledgeable about his entire job, but he was very happy to answer any and all questions I had. He was a pleasure to work with and I don't think I would have been able to by my first home had it not been for him relentlessly looking for every possible solution. Kevin has many connections and people that he has worked with over the years and can easily recommend somebody for repairs or most anything that is associated with home improvement or owning a home. To top it all off, Kevin got me a little gift at closing which I very much enjoyed because it showed just how attentive he had been in our many conversations.

I recently listed a condo for sale in a building that is historically very difficult to sell units. Many are underwater, many are foreclosed, and there are an excess number of units for sale. I was very anxious about the listing. Together Kevin and I came up with a listing price and strategy. Kevin not only sold the unit in about half the time I expected, he helped negotiate a fair price with VERY difficult buyers. My unit was listed mid-March and was closed mid-June which is about a third of the time of other units in the building. This is the second unit he has sold for me in the same building. In addition, I travel frequently for work; Kevin made himself available for contractors that were required to prep the unit for sale. I cannot thank him enough for helping me with this transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I have recommended him since that time and everyone that has used him has been completely satisfied. He is incredibly professional. He makes the process very easy and he is very giving of his time to get everything done that was needed. He goes above and beyond and he sent us a housewarming gift and he always sends a card around Christmas. He is a very thoughtful real estate agent and he keeps up on all of his customers needs. He has recommended service providers for tile and other work and everyone he has recommended has been great. Whenever I need a recommendation, I call him as he knows the best service providers.

He was okay. He did a good job. He was honest and professional. He wasn?t too brooking and gave me my options. He gave me time to think about. He was reasonably price. I rate him high overall.

Kevin Mchillicuddy is very knowledgeable about the area I am looking in, he has been very accomodating, and he has been especially good with negotiating prices with the seller. He has done a great job with the contract and inspection process.

Kevin is professional, kind, even keeled, comforting and in fact a very interesting person, which is above and beyond his job description. He kept my goal in sight and my expectations in check, turned me on to the property that in the end I purchased and which was much better for my needs than what I thought I wanted. He handled negotiations with the seller's agent like a pro.
