Ken is the utmost professional. He really knows his stuff and was able to figure out the problem to the AC. The location of the unit added another degree of difficulty but he handled it with patience and professionalism

I am a senior citizen and I engaged Ken and Moore LLC to repair various electronics and utilities around my home.
