Description of Work: My kitchen sink was draining very poorly.

Description of Work: Remove concrete and dig out and replace side yard and gutter roof drain. Dig deeper along foundation to find, disconnect, and seal old drain pipe to reduce water in basement. Replace pipe in basement and connect to sewer. Patch basement wall. My first request was to confirm they accept credit card which they do.

Description of Work: Cleaned the main drain pipe leading from the house to the sewer.

Description of Work: The guy spent nearly 3 hours breaking up the clogged main on my sidewalk, which was causing backflow into the house. He showed up on time, worked like a dog and still did not charge me any more than the quoted, reasonable $400. I only gave pricing a B because he quoted me another $85 to snake one bathroom drain, which I ended up buying a $2 tool at Home Dep and doing all the drains myself. In all a very good service. The person who did our job has been with the company 10+ years and was incredibly hard worker.

Description of Work: The great technician was named Mike. He showed up on time on a Sunday afternoon. He troubleshot the problem and went right to work. Our drain was stopped up and he went outside and found the vent in the sidewalk which was covered over with dirt and grass. He got his heavy drain opening equipment out of his truck, brought it inside and took it down the steps to the cellar. He fed the snake into drain opening which had been blown open by the backed up pressure. After feeding many feet of the snake into the opening, the drain opened. He had me go on the first floor and flush a toilet again while he went out side and listened at the vent that he uncovered. It was then that he was finally able to hear water going through the drain. d I agreed with him that it was a "beautiful sound." I told him that my wife and I are Jazz musicians and we had a fifteen minute conversation about music while he was getting paid and loading his machines and tools. It turned out to be an entirely enjoyable experience, Mike was a prince, and I don't have any complaints.

Description of Work: Replace two outdoor faucets (backyard and front yard); replace broken pipe leading to front yard faucet, repair bricks around outdoor faucet in front yard, replace drain pipe under kitchen sink, connected new hose and water spray device to new faucet in front yard.

Description of Work: They came out to clear a drain. They weren't able to do it, because of an existing plumbing problem and through no fault of their own. The technician walked me through the problem and made suggestions about what to do next. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty.

Description of Work: The main drain to my house blocked up at 4pm on the night before my house went on the market. Brian was there in 1 hour. All the other '24/7 emergency' companies couldn't get to me 'til the next day. He spent 3 hours opening the drain and checking the rest of the house.
