Joseph FX Fasy Real Estate agent listed my property,located at 3942 N 16th Street Philadelphia Pa. 19140 without my permission nor signature on 09/11/2011.Mr. Fasy committed fraud ,allowing the property to be listed in the Multiple Listing Service without my signature .I decided to remove Mr.Fasy listing and then he subsequently sued me for breach of contract.However ,the contract was never lawfully executed because I did not sign it.Mr. Fasy placed a judgment against me for the "lost commission",with he was never entitled to in the first place ,because I did not allow his listing of my property. My resolution to the complaint is as fallows :if Mr. Fasy does not remove the judgment against me and my husband I am going to file a criminal complaint against Mr. Fasy for fraud as well file complaint with the Attorney General and State Board Commission in the state of Pennsylvania.
