Description of Work: We had a new hot water heater installed. It was not an emergency, but John Mallon was here the next morning. The shut-off valve also needed to be replaced. John was prompt, friendly and cleaned up when he was finished. We were very pleased with the service.

 + -1 moreI'm in a wheelchair, so must rely on the contractor to honestly assess the problem. This was the second time we used John and found he focuses in on the problem, solves it and cleans up afterward.
Description of Work: Fixed a broken toilet flange.

Description of Work: Fixed some leaks, rerouted some plumbing, added valves, replaced some plumbing, put in a drain line.
