+ -1 moreJoe's only concern is initial work and getting paid. Never returns calls, texts or emails and absolutely will do anything possible to get out of fixing a mistake his crew makes. Even went so far as to call me names after attempting to get ahold of him for over a month with no action.. Nice guy up front to get the job. Lousy after. Do not recommend.

Description of Work: We've used this company on both our private residence and our commercial property (an apartment house in center city Philadelphia.) They've done a wonderful job at each location. On July 5 of 2014 we had an emergency with our home's roof. We had a bad leak and had water coming into one of the bedrooms. Despite it being right after a holiday (July 4) they came out and put a new roof on our house, knowing that a big rainstorm was again on its way and we would have sustained even more damage. They also put a roof on our commercial property and have since came out to check on our skylights at no cost, which is something I've hardly ever seen in the business world. But because we were their customers they really went the extra mile for us. I wouldn't have anyone else do my roofing other than Joe O'Brien Roofing. The quality of their work really lasts.

+ -1 moreIt was very quick - done in 2 days . They cleaned up after as well . Some small damage to outdoor plants but probably unavoidable. Owner was very nice and flexible with time. Estimate and final bill was the same, no surprises. Met the owner's dad while owner was away and he was also very nice and professional . Would definetly recommend them.

Description of Work: Joe and his crew ripped of entire old A frame roof, installed new wood sheathing, roof vent, new 30 year 3 dimensional shingles, gutters, downspouts, new front and back porch roofs. that was 9 years ago and its still good. Thanks Joe
