 + -1 moreHe is honest. He works alone or uses a helper, but when you talk to him your talking to the guy that's doing the work. That is important to me. He is fair with his pricing. I'm very happy with him. I've been using him for years. He's just a little cheaper than most. He came out when he was scheduled. He is very professional.
Description of Work: He replaced an outlet box to a bigger size. He reinstalled a JFC line and he installed an exhaust fan.

 + -1 moreI first used Joe in 1979 to rough wire a rehab that I was renovating & he has since performed numerous electrical needs from running the service to wiring small multi-unit buildings to my go-to guy on repairs. He is a small operator with only himself & a helper performing the work which is the way I prefer it.
Description of Work: Joe just did two small repairs in apartments that I rent . He replaced a 220 volt receptical in one unit & analyzed & repaired a faulty ground in a High Hat in the second rental.
