Joe Carter

We used Joe Carter at this particular Prudential office when purchasing our home in 2006. He was recommended to us by co-workers because they had such a good experience with him. Joe was fantastic and well exceeded our expectations. We were first time home buyers, so needed plenty of guidance, and he was there every step of the way. When looking at houses, he was good at seeing potential issues with a home as well as pointing out positive points. He offered the right amount of guidance in this regard and was very patient with us clueless first time buyers. Once we found a house to purchase, he was then helpful in terms of making an appropriate offer, since we really wanted the home. He explained in depth all of the papers that we had to sign and answered any questions that we had. The whole process was very smooth thanks to Joe and we couldn't have asked for a better agent! He also exceeded our expectations in another way just recently. He had told us years ago to contact him if we ever needed help with anything. Well, we contacted him about 2 months ago, because we wanted some advice and potential referrals for home inspectors, because we are currently having an issue with our house (new issue and not related to anything being wrong with the house when we bought it). We wanted an unbiased opinion from a home inspector on what the problem might be, so I contacted Joe to see who they were recommending these days. We had actually had another inspector out a few weeks prior, but weren't happy with the small amount of time he actually spent here trying to figure out the problem. I called and left a message for Joe, who returned my call within 10 minutes! He wanted to know all about the problem and gave some advice on general solutions. Through his boss, Bill Grubb, who knows someone at the inspection agency we used, we got a call back from that inspector within 20 minutes of getting off the phone with Joe! He made another appointment to re-assess the situation at our home. Joe even came to that appointment, spending about one hour in our house with the home inspector! I would recommend this team, and Joe Carter in particular, in a heartbeat!
