This contractor took complete advantage of me and doubled the price of the job AFTER my basement was dug up and I was without water. He refused to continue unless I paid him more money. He lied about the job, details, price and everything else. He left my family and I barely able to live for almost two weeks. He showed up when he felt like it. Worst of all- he lied about what needed to be done. He referred me to a public adjuster Charles Molter who was in collusion with the plumber. They actually took my insurance check and refused to turn it over to me. I was called, threatened, cursed at and stalked. the final job was never completely properly. My front lawn caved in completely and the city inspectors had to get involved. Coding violation was simply one of many things that went wrong here. I had to call and attorney and my insurance company to correct the situation. I was out thousands of dollars and my front lawn/plumbing has never been the same- in a bad way! I can only say if this company arrives to do the job- RUN the other way.
