Jacob did an excellent job

Jacob spent 14 hours over 2 days trying to repair the plumbing in the bathroom of this rental property. My tenant actually called me reporting that Jacob did not know what he was doing and was actually creating more problems. Bottom line was he did not finish the project and I had to hire a independent plumber to rip out / replace what Jacob had installed. I am currently pursuing a refund from ANGI ( in accordance with their 'happiness guarantee' ) for all charges incurred by me. These include but are not limited to all fixed price project monies as well as the more than 370.00 dollars of miscellaneous hardware items Jacob charged me for. Two hundred of that 370.00 i forwarded to Jacob via paypal after he told me he would return the following day. He never returned and walked with my money. While ANGI states that they vet each professional, i find it hard to believe that to be true in Jacob's case. Don't hire Jacob Rodriguez for plumbing work!
