After some delays and miscalculation, they completed the project to my satisfaction. I would recommend and use again.

This is possibly one of the worst contracting experiences ever, due to the contractor, who could not do an accurate estimate, provide timely information on the concrete coloring powder lead time or show up on time; and mostly due to the inept project management and advisor provided by Anji.com. It started with getting a first (inaccurate) estimate from the contractor, and we had a pour date on 11/14/22. I paid adeposit of $1805.00 around 10/26/22. I asked the project manager, on 11/1/22, when the color choice was needed. The project manager did not follow up on that until 11/11/22, 3 days prior to the pour. I asked why he hadn't responded sooner as this impacts the pour date due to temperatures below 40 degrees which could possibly ruin the pour. He just said, "I apologize". I went online, had to find a local source for the color agent, as they didn't know it. The schedule moved out 2 more weeks & I asked for a refund and "Cancel". They refuse to answer my calls now & kept the $.

I had a patio that was never done right when they built my home. When I saved the money to get it redone, I got five quotes from different contractors and ultimately went with J Rangel & Son and I'm so glad I did. Jorge, from J Rangel & Son, was so thoughtful and detailed in his estimate when he gave a quote for the work. He also arrived when he said he would, and was easy to communicate with. It was easy to schedule the work, and the team came out promptly each day and communicated with me to keep me updated. Everyone was so friendly and their work was incredibly detail-oriented. It's clear these guys care about the quality of their work. They went above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough.
